Yotpo Reviews, what each plan costs

Yotpo Pricing: Yotpo Reviews Pricing, Cost and Plans by Order Volume

Yotpo prices its Reviews and UGC product by how many orders your store takes in a month, and the plan card only shows you one point on that curve. Below is the whole ladder, every order band for Starter and Pro, read from the price list behind the order slider on Yotpo's own pricing page in September 2026, in US dollars.

In short

Yotpo Reviews costs $0 on the Free plan up to 50 orders a month, $15 to $129 a month on Starter and $119 to $379 a month on Pro, depending on monthly order volume. Starter stops at 999 orders a month and Pro at 5,999; above that you need Premium or Enterprise, which are quoted by sales. Loyalty, SMS and email are separate Yotpo products with their own pricing.

What you get

What a flat plan changes next to Yotpo pricing

No order meter

Our plans do not look at your order count. A store doing 300 orders a month and one doing 30,000 pay the same price for the same plan.

Video testimonials with no app

Customers record straight in the browser from one link, with no login and no app, and every paid plan takes unlimited text and video testimonials.

Proof beyond the product page

Product reviews sit under a SKU. Testimonials go where the buying decision happens: the homepage, the pricing page, a landing page, a Wall of Love.

Monthly billing with no contract

Starter is $49 a month or $480 a year, Growth $89 or $888, Studio $149 or $1,488. Cancel at the end of any period.

How it works

From one request link to embedded proof in four steps

01

Pull your real monthly order count

Yotpo prices Reviews from monthly orders. Use an ordinary month from your Shopify analytics, not your Black Friday peak, and check where it sits against the bands below.

02

Find your band on Starter and on Pro

Starter runs from $15 under 100 orders to $129 at 600 to 999. Pro runs from $119 under 300 orders to $379 at 4,000 to 5,999.

03

Decide if you need Pro features

Google Seller Ratings, AI review summaries, Community Q&A, multi-user access and the Klaviyo integration are Pro features. If you need one of them, Starter is not your price.

04

Price a flat plan next to it

Collect one testimonial with the demo above, then put your Yotpo band next to one flat plan before you sign anything.

Every plan mixes video testimonials and written quotes in one Wall of Love, and you embed it anywhere with a lightweight testimonial widget.

Yotpo Reviews pricing plans at a glance

Yotpo sells Reviews and UGC in five plans. The pricing page shows Starter and Pro with a price, and Premium and Enterprise with a Contact us button. The Free plan is described in the page FAQ rather than on a card.

The card most visitors see defaults to 500 orders a month, which is why the headline figures on the page read $89 for Starter and $169 for Pro. A store doing 150 orders a month pays a fraction of that, and a store doing 3,500 pays more than twice as much. The number on the card is one point on a curve, so the next table is the one to plan with.

What Yotpo costs at every order volume

This is the price list the order slider reads from. Every cell is a monthly price in US dollars for Yotpo Reviews and UGC only.

Orders a monthStarterPro
0 to 99$15$119
100 to 199$24$119
200 to 299$59$119
300 to 599$89$169
600 to 999$129$269

4,000 to 5,999Not offered$379
6,000 and upPremium or EnterprisePremium or Enterprise

Two jumps matter more than the rest. The first is at 200 orders, where Starter goes from $24 to $59, more than doubling for a store that has barely grown. The second is at 1,000 orders, where Starter stops being available at all: a store that crosses 1,000 orders a month moves from $129 on Starter to at least $269 on Pro, whether or not it wanted any Pro feature. Yotpo's FAQ says Pro stores that pass their order limit can switch on a paid reviews booster or upgrade and pay the prorated difference.

What each Yotpo plan adds

Order volume sets the price inside a plan. Features decide which plan you are on in the first place. This is what Yotpo's own plan FAQ and feature breakdown list for each tier.

PlanWhat it addsWho it fits
FreeAutomatic review request emails, reviews widget and star ratings, moderation, an SEO reviews page, analytics dashboard, email support, 200 bonus review credits in the first monthA new store collecting its first product reviews
StarterPhoto and video reviews, manual review requests, removal of Yotpo branding, Google Rich Snippets, reviews carousel, review coupons, site reviews, Google Shopping syndication, live chat with an AI chatbotA growing Shopify store that wants stars in search and a carousel on the homepage
ProAI review summary and smart sorting, Google Seller Ratings, Community Q&A, custom questions, attribute filters, multi-user roles, Klaviyo and Gorgias integrations, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok syndication, 24/7 supportA brand running Google Ads that needs seller ratings and review data in Klaviyo flows
PremiumAI review highlights and smart filters, advanced CSS editor, custom display widget, multi-store management, help desk review collection, API and webhooks, retail syndication as an add-on, onboarding manager and customer success managerMulti-store and multi-market brands, and brands syndicating to retailers

The feature that decides most budgets is Google Seller Ratings, the stars that show under a Google Ads listing. On Yotpo it sits on Pro, so a store buying reviews for ad performance should read $119 a month, not $15, as its real entry price.

Yotpo pricing next to REVIEWS.io and Judge.me

The three apps meter different things. Yotpo meters orders, REVIEWS.io meters review invites, and Judge.me does not meter at all. Here is what each app costs at three store sizes on monthly billing, US prices read in September 2026.

Store sizeYotpoREVIEWS.ioJudge.me
250 orders a month$59 Starter, $119 Pro for seller ratings$29 Essentials, $79 Start-Up for seller ratings$15 Awesome, the most Judge.me charges
1,000 orders a month$269 Pro (Starter not offered)$79 Start-Up at 1,000 invites$15 Awesome
5,000 orders a month$379 Pro$130 Start-Up at 5,000 invites$15 Awesome

On price alone Yotpo is the most expensive of the three at every size. What the extra money buys is the AI display features, deeper Klaviyo and help desk integrations, and a sales team with dedicated managers on the upper tiers. Whether that is worth $250 a month more than Judge.me is a question about your team, not your catalog. The invite ladder for REVIEWS.io is broken out in full on REVIEWS.io pricing, and the two cheaper apps are compared head to head in REVIEWS.io vs Judge.me.

Yotpo contract terms, extra fees and the multi-store question

Four lines in the Yotpo pricing FAQ are worth reading before you get on a call. First, contracts: Yotpo says it has month-to-month plans for stores just getting started and annual contracts for brands that want extra service and support, and Pro, Premium and Enterprise are sold through a Contact us button rather than a self-serve checkout. Ask which billing term your quote assumes.

Second, platforms: Yotpo supports Shopify, Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce and WooCommerce, and the FAQ notes that non-Shopify platforms may need additional implementation and maintenance fees. Third, domains: Yotpo supports multiple domains on a customized plan and says additional fees may apply, and multi-store management is listed only on Premium. Fourth, add-ons: Visual UGC is an add-on for annual plans on Pro, and retail syndication and live moderation are paid add-ons on Premium.

None of that is unusual for an enterprise review suite. It does mean the monthly figure in the ladder above is the floor of the bill, not the bill.

What Yotpo costs for a real program, next to a flat plan

Here is the same program priced on Yotpo and on our plans. Yotpo does not publish an annual price, so both columns are monthly list prices. We kept the rows where Yotpo is the better buy, because for product reviews it often is.

Your programYotpo, monthlyTestimonials, monthlyBetter buy
Shopify store, 80 orders a month, product star ratings$15 on Starter$49 on StarterYotpo: cheaper, and product reviews are its core job
Store running Google Ads that needs seller ratingsFrom $119 on ProNot offeredYotpo: we do not feed Google Seller Ratings
DTC brand, 800 orders a month, customer video on the homepage and landing pages$129 on Starter$49 on Starter, no order meterTestimonials, if the goal is proof on your own pages
DTC brand, 2,500 orders a month, same program$299 on Pro$49 on Starter or $89 on Growth for several wallsTestimonials
Brand with stores on three domainsPremium, custom quote$149 on Studio, unlimited brandsTestimonials, unless each store needs seller ratings

The split is about what you are buying. If you need reviews attached to SKUs, review schema on product pages and stars in Google Ads, buy a review app, and Yotpo is a strong one if your team will use the Pro features. If what you need is customers saying why they chose you, in text and on video, placed where people decide to buy, that is the job of Shopify testimonials on a flat plan, and the price does not move when your order count does.

Is Yotpo worth the price?

For a brand doing a few thousand orders a month with a team that lives in Klaviyo and runs Google Ads, Yotpo Pro is a reasonable buy. Seller ratings, AI sorting and review data inside email flows are the features that move revenue, and Yotpo does them well. For a small store, it is harder to justify. Judge.me covers unlimited photo and video reviews, rich snippets and Google Shopping for $15 a month flat, and the order bands above punish growth in a way a flat price does not.

It is the wrong tool for businesses that do not sell orders. An agency, a B2B software company or a coaching practice has no order volume for Yotpo to price against and no SKU pages for reviews to sit on. What they need is a way to collect testimonials automatically from clients and show them on a Wall of Love, and that is what the demo above does.

Frequently asked

Yotpo pricing: the questions people actually ask

How much does Yotpo cost?

Yotpo Reviews and UGC costs $0 on Free up to 50 orders a month, $15 to $129 a month on Starter and $119 to $379 a month on Pro, depending on monthly order volume. Premium and Enterprise are custom quoted. Loyalty, SMS and email are priced as separate products.

Does Yotpo have a free plan?

Yes. Yotpo Reviews has a Free plan for stores with up to 50 orders a month. It includes automatic review requests, a reviews widget with star ratings, moderation, an SEO page and 200 bonus review credits in the first month. Photo and video reviews start on Starter.

How much is Yotpo per month?

Most small stores pay $15 to $129 a month on Starter, and stores that need Google Seller Ratings pay $119 to $379 a month on Pro. The exact figure depends on your monthly order band: for example, 300 to 599 orders costs $89 on Starter and $169 on Pro.

What happens when I go over my Yotpo order limit?

Yotpo says Pro stores that exceed their order limit can turn on a paid reviews booster so review requests keep sending, or upgrade to a plan with more orders and pay the prorated difference. Starter is not offered above 999 orders a month.

Which Yotpo plan includes Google Seller Ratings?

Pro. Google Seller Ratings, AI review summaries, Community Q&A, multi-user access and the Klaviyo integration all start on Pro, which costs $119 a month under 300 orders and $379 a month at 4,000 to 5,999 orders.

Does Yotpo require an annual contract?

Not always. Yotpo says it offers month-to-month plans for stores getting started and annual contracts for brands that want extra service and support. Pro, Premium and Enterprise are sold through sales, so confirm the billing term in your quote.

Is Yotpo more expensive than Judge.me?

Yes, at every store size. Judge.me charges $15 a month at most for its Awesome plan with no order limit, while Yotpo Starter reaches $129 a month at 600 orders and Pro reaches $379. Yotpo charges more for AI display features, deeper integrations and managed service on its upper tiers.

Is Yotpo worth it for a small Shopify store?

Usually not at first. Under a few hundred orders a month, Yotpo Free or Starter works, but cheaper flat-priced apps cover the same basics. Yotpo earns its price when a store needs seller ratings, Klaviyo flows built on review data and a team that will use the AI features.
