Trustpilot Pricing and Trustpilot Business Pricing Plans From $99 to $799 a Month

Trustpilot sells four paid business plans on a 12 month commitment, and every price on its pricing page is a starting price per domain. Below is the whole ladder, read from Trustpilot's own pricing page and plan comparison table in September 2026, in US dollars, with the yearly total and the cost per review invitation worked out for each plan.

In short

Trustpilot costs $0 on the Free plan with 50 review invitations a month, then from $99 a month on Starter (100 invitations, new businesses under $5M revenue only), $319 a month on Plus (300 invitations) and $799 a month on Premium (1,000 invitations). Enterprise is quoted by sales. Every paid price is per domain, billed annually on a 12 month prepaid contract, so the real minimum is $1,188 a year for Starter and $3,828 for Plus.

What you get

What a flat plan changes next to Trustpilot pricing

No invitation meter

Our plans never count requests. Send the link to 30 customers or 3,000 in a month and the price stays the same, so a busy quarter never pushes you into the next Trustpilot tier.

No 12 month contract

Starter is $49 a month or $288 a year, Growth $89 or $528, Studio $149 or $888. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the month, with nothing prepaid for a year.

Video testimonials on every plan

Customers record straight in the browser from one link, with no login and no app. Trustpilot collects written reviews and star ratings; testimonial TrustBox widgets only start on Premium.

One price for every domain

Growth covers unlimited walls on as many sites as you run. Trustpilot prices each domain separately, so a second storefront is a second quote.

How it works

From one request link to embedded proof in four steps

01

Count the invitations you really send

Take the orders or finished jobs from an ordinary month. That number, not your traffic, decides whether 100, 300 or 1,000 invitations a month is the plan you need.

02

Count your domains

Trustpilot prices every domain separately. Two storefronts on Plus is two per domain prices, so list every domain before you ask for a quote.

03

Check the features that force a tier

Marketing integrations start on Plus, testimonial TrustBox widgets and API access on Premium. If you need one of them, that plan is your real starting price.

04

Price a flat plan next to it

Collect one testimonial with the demo above, then decide whether the job is public third party reviews, proof on your own site, or both.

Every plan mixes video testimonials and written quotes in one Wall of Love, and you embed it anywhere with a lightweight testimonial widget.

In depth

Trustpilot pricing, plan by plan

Trustpilot pricing plans at a glance

Trustpilot publishes a starting price for three of its four paid plans. Each one is described on its pricing page as per month, per domain, billed annually, and the page states that all contracts are a 12 month commitment. The quote you receive can be higher than the starting price, because Trustpilot says it considers site traffic, business size per domain and annual revenue.

Starter$99$1,18810011

Premium$799$9,5881,00010Unlimited, each priced separately
EnterpriseQuoted by salesQuoted by salesUnlimited1,000Unlimited, each priced separately

Two conditions sit on the cheap end. Starter is sold only to new small business customers with up to $5M in revenue, so an established company or anyone returning to Trustpilot starts at Plus. And Plus is the only paid plan with a self-serve free trial, 14 days. Starter is bought directly and Premium and Enterprise go through a demo.

What Trustpilot costs per review invitation

The number that actually scales the bill is the monthly allowance of automated review invitations. Dividing each starting price by its allowance gives a figure worth knowing before a sales call, because it shows the middle plan is the least efficient one.

PlanFrom, per monthInvitations a monthCost per invitationReviews at a 10 percent response rate
Starter$99100$0.99About 10 a month
Plus$319300$1.06About 30 a month
Premium$7991,000$0.80About 100 a month

The response rate column is an illustration, not a Trustpilot figure; your own rate depends on timing, channel and how the request is worded. The point stands at any rate. On Plus you pay roughly $10 to $11 for every review that comes back at a 10 percent response. Free has the same shape at a smaller size: 50 invitations a month, and once they are used you wait for the next month.

What each Trustpilot plan unlocks

Price follows invitations, but several features that decide whether Trustpilot fits a real marketing program are drawn at specific tiers. These rows come from the compare all plans table on Trustpilot's pricing page.

Three lines in that table change budgets more than the headline price. Product reviews are an add-on on every paid plan, so a store that wants star ratings under each product is paying for Trustpilot plus a module. Marketing integrations are zero until Plus, which matters if your review requests are supposed to come from your email platform. And API access is an add-on that only exists on Premium and Enterprise, so connecting Trustpilot to anything custom starts near $10,000 a year before the add-on itself. How the widgets themselves behave on a site is covered on our Trustpilot reviews widget page.

How Trustpilot bills and what the contract means

Trustpilot's FAQ answers the contract question directly: "Our initial contract term is 12 months, prepaid." The pricing page adds that you can select a monthly or annual billing cycle when you configure a plan, but the 12 month commitment applies either way. In practice that means a Plus subscription is a $3,828 decision at the starting price, not a $319 one, and it should be budgeted like annual software rather than like a monthly app.

Three more billing facts matter to a US buyer.

Every domain is priced separately. The footnote on Plus, Premium and Enterprise reads "Each domain priced separately." A brand with a US store and a wholesale site, or an agency running several client domains, should expect a quote that multiplies rather than one Plus price.

The quote is personalized. Trustpilot says it considers site traffic, business size per domain and annual revenue, so two companies on the same plan can pay different amounts. The published figures are floors.

Your reviews stay when you stop paying. The FAQ says that if you stop using the service, your reviews stay on your Trustpilot profile page. You lose the paid tools, not the reviews, and the Free plan keeps working with 50 invitations a month.

Trustpilot pricing next to REVIEWS.io, Judge.me and a flat testimonial plan

Most US buyers who price Trustpilot are also looking at a cheaper review app or asking whether they need a public review platform at all. Here is the entry point of each, using starting prices read from each vendor in September 2026. They are not identical products, and the last column says what each one is actually for.

Judge.me Awesome$15 a monthNothing, one flat paid planMonthlyProduct reviews on Shopify
Testimonials Starter$49 a month, or $288 a yearNothing, no request or view meterMonthly or yearlyText and video testimonials on your own site

REVIEWS.io sits between them and prices on invites too; its full ladder is on REVIEWS.io pricing, and the head to head is in REVIEWS.io vs Trustpilot. Shopify stores choosing between a $15 app and a $99 platform should read Judge.me vs Trustpilot first, stores that sell on product photos should read Loox vs Trustpilot, and a local business deciding where reviews should live will get more from Trustpilot vs Google reviews.

What Trustpilot costs for a real program, next to a flat plan

Here is the same job priced both ways, using yearly starting prices. We kept the rows where Trustpilot is the right buy, because for public, third party verified reviews it is, and our product does not do that job.

Your programTrustpilotTestimonials
A public review profile shoppers can check, with a TrustScoreFree, or Starter from $1,188 a yearNot what we do: Trustpilot wins this row
Written and video testimonials on your homepage and pricing pagePremium from $9,588 a year for testimonial TrustBoxesStarter, $288 a year

Two brands on two domainsTwo Plus quotes, from $7,656 a yearGrowth, $528 a year, unlimited walls
An agency showing proof for eight clientsEight domains, each quoted separatelyStudio, $888 a year, unlimited brands

The pattern is simple. Trustpilot is priced as a reputation platform: you pay for a neutral public profile, invitation volume and integrations, and that is worth the money when shoppers check Trustpilot before they buy. If the job is getting customers to say something specific about your product and showing it where the buying decision happens, you are paying for a lot of platform you will not use. Plenty of brands run both: Trustpilot for the public score, and a Wall of Love for the proof on their own pages.

Is Trustpilot worth the price?

For an ecommerce brand or a financial or travel business whose customers really do check Trustpilot before they buy, a paid plan usually earns its cost, because a strong public TrustScore answers a question your own website cannot answer about itself. Starter at $99 a month is a sensible first step if you qualify for it. Plus is where most established businesses land, and its $3,828 yearly floor is the number to compare against.

It is harder to justify when three things are true. Your buyers do not look you up on Trustpilot. You mainly want quotes and videos on your own landing pages. Or you run several domains and would be buying the same platform more than once. In those cases the money usually goes further on collecting testimonials directly with a flat plan, where there is no invitation meter and no 12 month prepayment.

Whichever way you go, get a written quote for every domain and ask which add-ons your use case needs, because product reviews, location reviews, API access and Salesforce are all priced separately from the plan.

Frequently asked

Trustpilot pricing, the questions people actually ask

How much does Trustpilot cost per month?

Trustpilot starts at $99 a month on Starter, $319 on Plus and $799 on Premium, each per domain and billed annually on a 12 month contract. Enterprise is quoted by sales. Those are starting prices: Trustpilot says the final quote reflects site traffic, business size per domain and annual revenue, and add-ons such as product reviews cost extra.

Is Trustpilot free for business?

Yes, there is a Free plan with no credit card. It lets you claim your company profile, reply to and flag reviews, and send 50 automated review invitations a month. Once the 50 are used you wait until the next month or upgrade. Widgets, integrations and profile branding mostly sit on paid plans.

How much does Trustpilot cost for businesses per year?

At the published starting prices, Starter is $1,188 a year, Plus is $3,828 and Premium is $9,588, per domain. Contracts are a 12 month commitment and prepaid, so the yearly figure is the real budget line. A business with two domains on Plus should expect two per domain prices, starting around $7,656 a year.

Why is Trustpilot so expensive?

Because it prices as a reputation platform rather than a widget. You pay for a public third party profile, invitation volume, integrations and insights, per domain, on an annual contract. For a brand whose customers check Trustpilot before buying that can be worth it. For proof on your own website only, it is a lot of platform to buy.

Can I cancel a Trustpilot subscription?

Trustpilot's FAQ states the initial contract term is 12 months, prepaid, so a paid plan is a one year commitment. Its FAQ also says your reviews stay on your Trustpilot profile if you stop using the service, and the Free plan continues with 50 invitations a month. Check renewal terms in your own contract before signing.

Does Trustpilot charge per review?

No. Trustpilot does not charge per review received. It charges per plan, and each plan includes a monthly allowance of automated review invitations: 50 on Free, 100 on Starter, 300 on Plus and 1,000 on Premium. Working it out, Plus costs about $1.06 per invitation at its starting price.

Which Trustpilot plan do I need for product reviews?

Any paid plan, plus the Product Reviews add-on. Trustpilot's comparison table lists Product Reviews and Location Reviews as add-ons on Starter, Plus, Premium and Enterprise, not included in any of them. Budget the add-on on top of the plan price, and ask for it in the quote.

What is the cheapest Trustpilot paid plan?

Starter, from $99 a month per domain billed annually, with 100 invitations a month, 2 widgets and 1 user. It is only available to new small business customers with up to $5M in revenue. Everyone else starts at Plus, from $319 a month, which also has a 14 day free trial.
