Klaviyo Reviews, every stop on its order slider

Klaviyo Reviews Pricing and Klaviyo Reviews Cost by Orders per Month

Klaviyo Reviews is not part of your email or SMS plan. It is a separate line on the Klaviyo bill, priced by how many orders you want reviewed each month, and the pricing page only shows it as a slider. Below is every one of its sixteen stops, read from Klaviyo's own pricing page on October 13, 2026, in US dollars, with what each costs per order and per year, and where a store between two stops ends up paying.

In short

Klaviyo Reviews costs $0 up to 50 orders a month, $25 a month at 250 orders, $90 at 1,000, $175 at 2,000, $300 at 3,500 and $500 at 10,000, rising to $20,000 a month at 1,000,000 orders. It is billed separately from Klaviyo email and SMS, it works only with Shopify and WooCommerce, and when a month's orders run out, further review requests pause until the next billing cycle.

What you get

What a flat testimonial plan changes next to Klaviyo Reviews pricing

A price that does not move with orders

Klaviyo Reviews climbs from $25 to $500 a month as a store grows from 250 to 10,000 orders. Our plans are flat: $49 a month on Starter or $288 a year, with unlimited text and video testimonials whatever your order count.

Video testimonials from one link

Customers record a short video in the browser on their phone, with no app and no login. The clip sits next to the written quotes and plays inside the same embed on your product, landing or About page.

Brand proof, not only star ratings

Product reviews answer "is this jar any good". A named testimonial answers "should I trust this brand", which is the question on a homepage, a wholesale page or a paid social landing page.

Consent stored with every quote

Each submission carries the customer's permission to publish their name and words, so the quote can go into an ad, an email or a pitch deck without a follow up message.

How it works

From one request link to embedded proof in four steps

01

Find your real monthly order count

Use your busiest month, not the average. Klaviyo Reviews is sold in stops, and a November peak that crosses a stop either costs the next price up or pauses your review requests.

02

Read the stop above your count

A store with 300 orders cannot buy 300. It buys the 1,000 stop at $90, because the stop below covers only 250. The table below shows where every count lands.

03

Add it to your email plan

Reviews is billed on top of Klaviyo email and SMS, so add the Reviews line to the plan you already pay for profiles and sends to see the real monthly bill.

04

Collect one testimonial in the demo above

Write or record a short answer the way your customer would, see it on a wall, and decide whether brand testimonials belong next to your product reviews.

Every plan mixes video testimonials and written quotes in one Wall of Love, and you embed it anywhere with a lightweight testimonial widget.

Klaviyo Reviews pricing stop by stop

Klaviyo Reviews pricing at every order stop

The Reviews card on Klaviyo's pricing page has one slider, labeled "orders per month", with sixteen positions. We moved it through every position on October 13, 2026 and recorded the price at each one. All prices are US dollars per month, before tax.

Orders a monthKlaviyo Reviews per monthCost per orderOne year at this stop
50$0$0$0
250$25$0.10$300
1,000$90$0.09$1,080
2,000$175$0.0875$2,100
3,500$300$0.086$3,600
10,000$500$0.05$6,000
15,000$750$0.05$9,000
25,000$1,000$0.04$12,000
50,000$1,500$0.03$18,000
100,000$2,000$0.02$24,000
150,000$3,000$0.02$36,000
200,000$4,000$0.02$48,000
400,000$8,000$0.02$96,000
600,000$12,000$0.02$144,000
800,000$16,000$0.02$192,000
1,000,000$20,000$0.02$240,000

The cost per order falls steeply in the middle of the ladder. A store at 3,500 orders pays about 8.6 cents an order, and one at 10,000 pays 5 cents, because the $500 stop covers almost three times the orders of the $300 stop for two thirds more money. Above 100,000 orders the price is a flat 2 cents an order. Klaviyo also lists the card's features without tiers: review collection and display with your brand assets, automatic review requests by email or SMS, website widgets, and AI headline suggestions and quick replies. Every stop gets the same features, so the slider is purely a volume price.

The gap between stops is where stores overpay

Klaviyo sells stops, not a per order rate, and the stops are far apart at the low end. A store does not pay for the orders it takes. It pays for the smallest stop that covers them, and the jump from 250 to 1,000 orders is the widest gap between two paid stops on the whole ladder.

Your orders a monthStop you have to buyMonthly priceEffective cost per order
200250$25$0.125
3001,000$90$0.30
1,2002,000$175$0.146
2,5003,500$300$0.12
4,00010,000$500$0.125
11,00015,000$750$0.068

Two rows stand out. A store that grows from 250 to 300 orders sees its Reviews line go from $25 to $90, more than three and a half times the price for 20 percent more orders. And a store that passes 3,500 orders goes straight to the $500 stop, because there is nothing between 3,500 and 10,000. If your order count sits just above one of those stops, the cheaper path is often to exclude some orders from review requests, which the next section covers.

Klaviyo's own Reviews page states the rule for running out: when you run out of orders, further review requests are paused for that billing cycle. In the Orders tab of Reviews, a skipped order shows a "Usage limit" status, and Klaviyo's help center says a request skipped for that reason cannot be triggered again later. So a November peak that blows through your stop does not only cost money if you upgrade. If you do not, the customers from your biggest month are the ones who never get asked.

What counts as an order on Klaviyo Reviews

The unit is narrower than "every order in Shopify". Klaviyo's help center defines an order for Reviews billing as a "Ready to review" event, which Klaviyo generates a set number of days after fulfillment or delivery for eligible orders, based on your settings. That gives a store three levers on the count.

LeverWhat it does to the countCatch
The klaviyo_reviews_exclude tagTagged items are ineligible, and those orders do not count toward the plan limitIt is not retroactive. A request that already went out still counts
Wholesale, replacement and gift ordersTagging them out keeps the count to real retail buyersNeeds a tagging rule in Shopify or WooCommerce, or someone doing it by hand
Requests for past ordersKlaviyo can send review requests for earlier orders when you startCapped at 1,000 orders, oldest first if you have more

Two more facts decide whether Klaviyo Reviews is even on the table. Its help center says Reviews requires Shopify or WooCommerce as your ecommerce platform, so a BigCommerce, Wix or custom cart store cannot use it. And it says Reviews is billed separately from email and SMS and is not included in either plan, so the free Klaviyo plan, which covers 250 active profiles and 500 email sends a month, does not unlock it.

Klaviyo Reviews cost next to Judge.me and Yotpo

Shopify review apps meter different things, and at the same store size the bills are far apart. Klaviyo prices by order stop, Yotpo by order band with two plans, and Judge.me has one paid plan at a single price. Klaviyo prices were read on October 13, 2026. Yotpo prices come from the order bands behind its own pricing page, and Judge.me from its Shopify App Store listing, both as published on our Yotpo pricing and Judge.me pricing pages.

3,000$300Not offered$329$15
5,000$500Not offered$379$15
8,000$500Not offeredPremium, quoted$15

Klaviyo Reviews costs less than Yotpo Pro, or within a dollar of it, up to 3,500 orders and more expensive between 3,500 and 6,000, where its jump to the $500 stop lands above Yotpo's $379 top band. Judge.me is cheaper than both at every size, which is why the honest case for Klaviyo Reviews is never price. It is that reviews land on the same customer profile that runs your flows, with no second vendor and no integration to maintain. We compared that tradeoff in detail in Judge.me vs Klaviyo Reviews pricing.

Okendo is the other app Klaviyo stores price most often, and its Klaviyo integration starts on its $299 Power plan, which reverses the comparison under 2,000 orders. The full table is in Klaviyo Reviews vs Okendo. Loox works the other way round: its Unlimited plan caps at $299.99, so it is cheaper than Klaviyo Reviews above 3,500 orders, as the volume table in Klaviyo Reviews vs Loox shows.

What the whole Klaviyo bill looks like with Reviews added

Because Reviews is a separate line, the useful number is the total. Klaviyo email is priced by active profiles: the pricing page showed $20 a month for 500 profiles and 5,000 email sends when we read it, and the price rises with your list. SMS and other mobile messages are billed per send on top. Reviews is then added at the stop for your order count.

So a store with a list in the low thousands and 1,000 orders a month pays its email plan plus $90 for Reviews, and the Reviews line alone is $1,080 a year. At 10,000 orders the Reviews line is $6,000 a year before a single email is sent. None of this is unusual for the category, but it is the reason to price Reviews at the order count you expect at the end of the year, not the one you have today, since growing into the next stop raises the bill without any change you made.

Klaviyo does not publish a yearly discount for Reviews on the pricing page, so the yearly figures in the tables above are simply twelve monthly payments. Enterprise volumes go through Klaviyo sales.

Where testimonials fit next to product reviews

Klaviyo Reviews, Yotpo and Judge.me are product review apps: stars and short comments under each SKU, collected after delivery, priced by order volume because every order is a review request. That is the right tool for a product page, and if you sell on Shopify you probably want one of them.

A testimonial does a different job. It is a named customer saying what changed for them, in a sentence or a short video, used on the homepage, a landing page for a paid campaign, a wholesale or B2B page, or an About page where a star average carries no weight. You ask for it once, from the customers who had the best result, not from every order. That is why testimonial software is not priced per order: our plans are flat at $49 a month on Starter or $288 a year, with unlimited text and video testimonials, and Growth at $89 a month adds automated follow ups and rich snippets. Our Shopify testimonials page shows how the two sit together on one store, and the automated testimonial collection page covers the request flow.

Frequently asked

Klaviyo reviews pricing, the questions people actually ask

How much does Klaviyo Reviews cost?

Klaviyo Reviews costs $0 up to 50 orders a month, then $25 a month at 250 orders, $90 at 1,000, $175 at 2,000, $300 at 3,500 and $500 at 10,000, according to the slider on Klaviyo's pricing page on October 13, 2026. Larger stops run to $20,000 a month at 1,000,000 orders.

Is Klaviyo Reviews free?

Only for very small stores. The lowest stop on Klaviyo's pricing slider is 50 orders a month at $0. Above that the first paid stop is $25 a month for 250 orders. Reviews is not included in the free Klaviyo email plan, because it is billed separately from email and SMS.

Is Klaviyo Reviews included in my Klaviyo plan?

No. Klaviyo's help center says Reviews is billed separately from Klaviyo email and SMS and is not included with either plan. You add it as its own line, priced by monthly orders, on top of the email plan you already pay for by active profiles.

What happens if I go over my Klaviyo Reviews order limit?

Further review requests pause until the next billing cycle. Klaviyo's Reviews page states this directly, the skipped orders show a "Usage limit" status in the Orders tab, and the help center says those requests cannot be triggered again later. To keep asking, you upgrade to the next stop.

Does Klaviyo Reviews charge per order or per review?

Per order. The slider is labeled orders per month, and an order is counted when Klaviyo generates its "Ready to review" event after fulfillment or delivery. The number of reviews customers actually leave does not change the price, and orders tagged klaviyo_reviews_exclude do not count.

Does Klaviyo Reviews work with WooCommerce?

Yes. Klaviyo's help center lists Shopify or WooCommerce as the required ecommerce platform for Reviews, with a separate install path for each. BigCommerce, Wix and custom carts are not listed, so stores on those platforms need a different review app.

Is Klaviyo Reviews cheaper than Yotpo?

Up to 3,500 orders a month it is cheaper or within a dollar. At 1,500 orders Klaviyo Reviews is $175 against $269 on Yotpo Pro. Between 3,500 and 6,000 orders it is more expensive, because Klaviyo jumps to its $500 stop while Yotpo Pro tops out at $379.

Is Klaviyo Reviews worth it?

It is worth it when your retention program runs in Klaviyo and you want reviews on the same customer profile as your flows, with one vendor. On price alone it rarely wins, since Judge.me is $15 a month at any volume and connects to Klaviyo through an integration.
