Tagembed, what each plan costs

Tagembed Pricing and Tagembed Plans for Social Feeds and Review Widgets

Tagembed sells one widget product on four public plans, and two numbers decide which one you need: how many feeds you run and how many times a month your widgets load. Below is every plan as listed on Tagembed's own pricing page on October 20, 2026, in US dollars, with what a year really costs, how much traffic each tier carries, and the refund rules that sit on a separate page.

In short

Tagembed costs $0 on Free (1 feed, 300 views a month), $19 a month on Starter (2 feeds, 10,000 views), $39 a month on Growth or $29 a month billed $348 yearly (4 feeds, 50,000 views), and $99 a month on Advanced or $79 a month billed $948 yearly (10 feeds, 1 million views). Enterprise and agency plans are quoted by sales. Every plan embeds on unlimited websites, so the view allowance, not the site count, is what moves most businesses up a tier.

What you get

What a flat testimonial plan changes next to Tagembed pricing

No view meter on your proof

Tagembed moves you up a plan when your widget loads more often. We count nothing: a Wall of Love on a busy site costs the same $49 a month on Starter, or $288 a year.

Testimonials you asked for, by name

A feed widget shows posts and reviews that already exist. Our request link goes to a named customer after the project, so you get the before, the result and the numbers in their words.

Video recorded in the browser

Your customer records a short video on their phone with no login and no app. It lands next to the written quotes, ready to approve and embed.

Consent stored with every quote

Each submission records permission to publish the name, words and face, so a quote can move from the website into an ad or a sales deck without a second email.

How it works

From one request link to embedded proof in four steps

01

Count your feeds

Each source you display is a feed. Google reviews on the homepage and an Instagram grid on the about page are two feeds, which is already the Starter limit.

02

Estimate monthly widget loads

Multiply monthly sessions by the number of pages per visit that carry a widget. A footer widget counts on every page of every visit.

03

Pick monthly or yearly with the refund rules in mind

Yearly saves $120 on Growth and $240 on Advanced, but the refund window is 15 days and cancellation needs 30 days of notice before renewal.

04

Try collecting one testimonial

Use the demo above to write or record a short answer the way your customer would and see it land on a wall.

Every plan mixes video testimonials and written quotes in one Wall of Love, and you embed it anywhere with a lightweight testimonial widget.

Tagembed pricing, plan by plan

Tagembed pricing plans at a glance

The Tagembed pricing page has a Monthly and an Annually switch and a note that yearly billing saves up to 25%. We read both positions on October 20, 2026. Starter is $19 a month either way; the yearly discount only applies to Growth and Advanced. All prices are US dollars.

Two lines under the cards matter more than they look. "Unlimited website embeds on every plan" means you do not pay per site, which is unusual in this category. And the plans also cap stored posts (100 on Free, 5,000 on Starter, 30,000 on Growth, 100,000 on Advanced) and refresh speed (once a day by hand on Free, every 2 hours on Starter, every 30 minutes on Growth, every 15 minutes on Advanced).

What each Tagembed plan adds

The jump from Free to Starter is the big one. Free shows Tagembed branding on the widget, connects only Instagram and Facebook Pages plus Google, Facebook, Yelp and Amazon reviews, and has no moderation. Starter removes the branding and opens every review source and more than 15 social platforms.

One inconsistency is worth knowing before you buy for a team. The FAQ on the same pricing page says collaborators are available only to "Pro and Plus users", plan names the current cards no longer use, while the comparison table gives Starter one collaborator. If team access matters, confirm it with Tagembed support before you pay.

How many Tagembed views does your site need?

Views are the allowance most businesses outgrow first. A widget that sits on one page uses one view per visit to that page. A widget in a sitewide footer or sidebar uses one view on every page of every visit, which burns the allowance several times faster.

Monthly sessionsWidget on one page (about 1 view a visit)Widget sitewide (about 3 views a visit)
250Free (300)Starter
2,500Starter (10,000)Starter
5,000StarterGrowth (50,000)
15,000GrowthGrowth
25,000GrowthAdvanced (1,000,000)

The Free plan's 300 views is about ten visits a day to a single page, so it works for testing a layout and not much else. The step from Growth to Advanced is the expensive one: 50,000 views to 1 million, and $348 a year to $948. A site that only just passes 50,000 widget loads a month pays for twenty times the headroom it uses.

Tagembed refund and cancellation terms

The refund rules are not on the pricing cards, and the two places that describe them do not say quite the same thing. The pricing page FAQ says refunds are not provided for monthly plans and are given for annual plans only in exceptional circumstances. The separate refund policy page is more specific, and stricter in its conditions.

RuleMonthly plansAnnual plans
Refund request window7 days from purchase15 days from purchase
Notice needed to stop the next renewal15 days before renewal30 days before renewal
Who qualifiesFirst time subscriptions with a verified technical issue that support cannot fix
Deducted from an approved refundA processing fee of 5.5% to 7%, depending on the payment gateway
Not refundedDeciding not to use the service, or a renewal that was not cancelled in time

The renewal notice is the line that catches people. On an annual plan you have to cancel at least 30 days before the renewal date, and the policy says a late cancellation may leave the subscription active for the next cycle. Put the cancellation date in your calendar the day you subscribe, not the renewal date.

Tagembed pricing next to Taggbox, Elfsight and SociableKit

All four sell display widgets that pull reviews and social posts onto a website, and they meter different things. This is the cheapest paid plan of each over one year, with the figures from our Taggbox pricing, Elfsight pricing and SociableKit pricing pages.

VendorEntry paid planOne yearWhat sets the priceFree plan views
TagembedStarter$228Feeds and monthly views300
TaggboxStarter$228Feeds and monthly views500
ElfsightBasic, regular yearly rate$72Widget count and views200
SociableKitPro, yearly$110Number of sourcesNot the pricing unit

Tagembed and Taggbox list the same paid ladder, $19, $39 or $29 yearly, and $99 or $79 yearly, with the same feed and view limits. The visible difference is the free tier, 300 views on Tagembed against 500 on Taggbox. Elfsight is the cheapest entry by a wide margin for one or two simple widgets, while Tagembed is better value when you need several platforms on many sites, because every Tagembed plan embeds on unlimited websites.

Is Tagembed worth the price?

For a business that wants its Instagram, TikTok or Google reviews showing on its site and refreshed automatically, Starter at $19 a month is a fair price. It removes the branding, adds moderation and opens every source, and unlimited embeds mean an agency or a multi-brand owner is not charged per site.

It is a weaker buy in three cases. If your widgets sit sitewide on a site with real traffic, you will be pushed to Growth or Advanced by the view meter, not by features you want. If you would pay yearly, read the refund terms first: 15 days, verified technical issues only, and a processing fee kept. And if what you actually need is persuasive proof on a pricing or services page, a feed of social posts and star ratings is not the same thing as a named customer explaining what changed for them.

Where testimonial software fits next to a feed widget

Tagembed displays content that already exists: posts people made, reviews they left on Google or Yelp. Its Starter plan also includes review collection by form and QR code. What a feed widget does not give you is a structured, permission-backed testimonial from a specific customer, with their name and role, answering the questions your buyers ask before they pay, ideally on video.

That is the job Testimonials does. You send one request link after a delivery or a renewal, the customer writes a quote or records a short video in the browser with no login, consent is stored with the submission, and you embed the approved ones as a Wall of Love in one line. Plans are flat: Starter $49 a month or $288 a year, with no view meter, so a busy month never pushes you up a tier. See pricing, or how it compares as a customer review widget for your website.

Frequently asked

Tagembed pricing, the questions people actually ask

How much does Tagembed cost?

Tagembed costs $0 on Free, $19 a month on Starter, $39 a month on Growth or $29 a month billed $348 yearly, and $99 a month on Advanced or $79 a month billed $948 yearly, according to its pricing page on October 20, 2026. Enterprise and agency plans are custom quotes. Prices are in US dollars.

Is Tagembed free?

Yes, there is a free forever plan, but it is small: 1 feed, 300 views a month, 100 stored posts, manual updates once a day, and Tagembed branding on the widget. It connects Instagram and Facebook Pages and Google, Facebook, Yelp and Amazon reviews. Removing the branding starts at Starter, $19 a month.

What happens when I go over my Tagembed views?

The pricing page sells views as a monthly allowance per plan and tells you to upgrade when you need higher traffic limits. The plans run 300, 10,000, 50,000 and 1,000,000 views a month. A widget placed sitewide counts on every page of every visit, so plan the tier on total page loads, not visitors.

Can I get a refund from Tagembed?

Only in narrow cases. The refund policy allows requests within 7 days for monthly plans and 15 days for annual plans, for first time subscriptions with a verified technical issue that support cannot fix, and keeps a 5.5% to 7% processing fee. The pricing page FAQ says monthly plans are not refunded at all.

How do I cancel Tagembed?

You can cancel the renewal at any time and it takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. The refund policy asks for at least 15 days of notice before a monthly renewal and 30 days before an annual renewal, and says a late cancellation may leave the plan active for the next cycle.

Is Tagembed cheaper than Taggbox?

On paid plans they cost the same: both list Starter at $19, Growth at $39 or $29 billed yearly, and Advanced at $99 or $79 billed yearly, with 2, 4 and 10 feeds and 10,000, 50,000 and 1 million views. The free plans differ, 300 monthly views on Tagembed against 500 on Taggbox.

Is Tagembed cheaper than Elfsight?

Not at the entry level. Elfsight Basic is $6 a month at its regular yearly rate, $72 a year, for 3 widgets and 5,000 views, while Tagembed Starter is $228 a year. Tagembed pulls ahead when you run several feeds across many websites, because every Tagembed plan allows unlimited website embeds.

Does Tagembed collect testimonials?

Starter and above include review collection by form and QR code, and the Starter card lists an AI review writer. Tagembed is built mainly to display social posts and third-party reviews. Video testimonials recorded in the browser, with consent stored per submission, are what dedicated testimonial software like ours is for.
