NiceJob Pricing and NiceJob Cost per Location for Home Service Businesses
NiceJob sells review and reputation marketing to home service businesses in two plans, and the number that moves your bill is not the plan, it is how many locations you run. Below is every published NiceJob price from its own pricing page and help center, read in October 2026 in US dollars, what that adds up to at one to ten locations, and where a flat testimonial plan does a job NiceJob does not.

Paste a quote, watch it land on the wall
In short
NiceJob costs $75 a month on Starter and $125 a month on Pro, billed monthly in US dollars with no contract and a 14 day free trial. Starter covers SMS and email review requests, review widgets for your website, social sharing, a team leaderboard and a reviews microsite. Pro adds referrals, repeat-booking reminders, email broadcasts, AI review replies, thank-you gifts, NPS surveys and competitor tracking. A managed website (Sites) is an add-on at $99 a month plus a $199 setup fee. NiceJob's help center says each location with its own Google Business Profile needs a separate license, so three locations on Starter cost $225 a month.
What you get
What a flat testimonial plan adds next to NiceJob pricing
One price for every location you run
NiceJob licenses each location with its own Google Business Profile separately, so the bill grows with every new branch. Our Growth plan at $89 a month includes unlimited walls, so each branch or each trade gets its own Wall of Love on the same plan, and nothing in our pricing counts locations, jobs or requests.
Video testimonials homeowners actually watch
NiceJob is built to turn a finished job into a star rating on Google. We collect the longer proof: a homeowner on video walking through the remodel, recorded in the browser from one link with no app and no login, ready to sit on your service pages next to the quote form.
Proof you own and can move
Every testimonial and its publishing consent stays in your account, exportable as CSV from the panel. If you change your website, your review tool or your agency, the stories come with you instead of living inside one vendor's widget.
Works next to the review tool you already pay for
You do not have to choose. Keep NiceJob (or whatever sends your Google review texts) for star ratings, and use one line of embed code to put collected video and written testimonials on the pages where a homeowner decides whether to call you.
How it works
From one request link to embedded proof in four steps
Count your Google Business Profiles
NiceJob prices by license, and its help center says each location with its own Google Business Profile and social pages needs its own. Two trucks out of one shop is one location; a second office with its own profile is two.
Decide whether you need Pro features
Starter is the review engine. Pro at $125 adds referrals, repeat-booking reminders, AI replies, NPS surveys and competitor tracking. If you already run referrals or email marketing in your field service software, Starter may be all you need.
Price the add-ons separately
Sites is $99 a month plus $199 setup, and extra landing pages on it are $145 each plus $15 a month. Add those to the per-location plan price before you compare NiceJob with anything else.
Collect one video testimonial in the demo above
Send yourself the request link, record a short answer the way a homeowner would, and see it land on a wall. Then decide whether flat-priced video proof belongs next to your review tool.
Every plan mixes video testimonials and written quotes in one Wall of Love, and you embed it anywhere with a lightweight testimonial widget.
In depth
NiceJob pricing plan by plan
NiceJob pricing plans at a glance
NiceJob publishes two plans and two add-ons on its pricing page. These are the prices and features as NiceJob published them on October 7, 2026. All prices are in US dollars and billed monthly; the page lists no yearly discount.
| Plan | Price | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $75 a month | SMS and email review requests with follow-ups, review widgets for your website, auto-posting reviews to Facebook and X, a staff leaderboard, a reviews microsite, integrations |
| Pro (marked most popular) | $125 a month | Everything in Starter plus Repeats (rebooking reminders), Referrals, Broadcasts (email marketing), AI Replies, Gifts, NPS Surveys, Competitive Intel |
| Sites add-on | $99 a month plus $199 setup | A managed website; extra landing pages $145 one time plus $15 a month each, a blog or locations CMS $245 setup plus $15 a month |
| Enterprise, franchise and multi-location | Custom pricing | Quoted by sales |
Two conditions sit under every plan. There is no contract, and changes between Starter and Pro take effect on the next billing cycle. The free trial is 14 days, and your billing date is the day it ends. The Gifts feature works only with the Jobber or QuickBooks integration.
What NiceJob costs per location
This is the number most roundups leave out. NiceJob's help center says you can add several locations under one login, but that if your locations have separate Google Business Profile and social media pages, each one needs a separate NiceJob license. For a multi-branch contractor that turns a $75 tool into a much bigger line item. Here is the published per-location price multiplied out. Franchise and enterprise accounts can ask sales for custom pricing, which may come in lower.
| Locations with their own Google profile | Starter a month | Pro a month | Starter, 12 months | Pro, 12 months |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $75 | $125 | $900 | $1,500 |
| 2 | $150 | $250 | $1,800 | $3,000 |
| 3 | $225 | $375 | $2,700 | $4,500 |
| 5 | $375 | $625 | $4,500 | $7,500 |
| 10 | $750 | $1,250 | $9,000 | $15,000 |
Add Sites at $99 a month plus $199 setup if you also want NiceJob to run your website. A single location on Pro with Sites is $224 a month, or $2,887 in the first year counting the setup fee.
NiceJob Starter vs Pro, and which one a contractor needs
Starter is the part of NiceJob most people buy it for: it texts and emails the customer after the job, follows up, and pushes the happy ones to leave a Google review. The widgets and microsite then show those reviews. If your goal is more stars on Google, Starter does the job.
Pro is $50 a month more and is really a second product, a light marketing suite. Repeats sends rebooking reminders based on the last service date, which earns its keep for recurring trades such as HVAC tune-ups, pest control, lawn care and cleaning. Referrals and Broadcasts overlap with what many shops already do inside Jobber, Housecall Pro or their email tool. Our rule of thumb: pay for Pro if you would otherwise buy a separate referral or rebooking tool, and stay on Starter if you would not.
Older NiceJob prices you will still find online
Directory pages still list NiceJob plans that no longer appear on its pricing page, including a Lite plan at $45, Lite plus Convert at $145 and Standard plus Convert at $175. Those names come from an older price list. As of October 7, 2026, NiceJob's own page shows only Starter at $75 and Pro at $125, plus the Sites add-on. If a quote or a comparison table shows other plan names, ask NiceJob which current plan it maps to before you sign up.
Is NiceJob worth paying for?
For a single-location home service business that does not ask for reviews today, usually yes. Automated texts after every job are the most reliable way to grow a Google review count, and Google reviews feed local search rankings. NiceJob also showed a 4.9 rating and an A plus badge on its own pricing page when we read it.
The math gets harder as you add locations, because each branch with its own Google profile is another $75 or $125 a month, and it gets harder still if you already have review requests built into your field service software. Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan all offer some form of automated review request, so check what you already pay for before adding a second tool that sends the same text.
What NiceJob does not do, and where a flat testimonial plan fits
NiceJob is built to move star ratings on public review sites. It leaves a gap on your own website, where a homeowner comparing three bids wants to hear from someone whose project looked like theirs. Here is the honest split.
| The job | NiceJob | Testimonials |
|---|---|---|
| SMS review requests to Google after each job | Yes, its core job | No, we send request links by email |
| AI replies to Google reviews | Yes, on Pro | No |
| Referral and rebooking campaigns | Yes, on Pro | No |
| Video testimonial recorded by the homeowner | Not offered | Yes, in the browser from one link |
| Written permission to publish name and photo | Not part of a public review | Captured with every submission |
| Separate wall per trade or per branch | One license per location | Unlimited walls on Growth |
| What sets the price | Plan times locations | Walls, brands and seats, never locations or jobs |
| Price | $75 or $125 a month per location | $49 a month or $288 a year on Starter, $89 a month or $528 a year on Growth |
For a contractor the two usually sit side by side: a review tool for Google stars, and a testimonial wall on the service pages. Our contractor testimonials page shows that setup for remodelers, roofers and HVAC shops, and builders who ask at the warranty walk will find their version on home builder testimonial management. If you only want to show the Google reviews you already have, the Google reviews widget does that next to your collected testimonials, and every plan is on our pricing page.
Frequently asked
Nicejob pricing, the questions people actually ask
How much does NiceJob cost?
NiceJob costs $75 a month on Starter and $125 a month on Pro, billed monthly in US dollars. The Sites website add-on is $99 a month plus a $199 setup fee. Franchise and multi-location accounts get custom pricing from sales. Prices read from NiceJob's pricing page on October 7, 2026.
Does NiceJob charge per location?
Yes, in practice. NiceJob's help center says that if your locations have separate Google Business Profile and social media pages, each location needs a separate NiceJob license. Three such locations on Starter cost $225 a month, or $375 on Pro.
Does NiceJob have a free trial?
Yes. NiceJob offers a 14 day free trial, and your billing date becomes the day the trial ends. Its pricing page also says there is no contract and you can cancel anytime. There is no permanent free plan.
What is the difference between NiceJob Starter and Pro?
Starter covers review requests by SMS and email, review widgets, social sharing, a staff leaderboard and a reviews microsite. Pro adds repeat-booking reminders, referrals, email broadcasts, AI review replies, thank-you gifts, NPS surveys and competitor tracking for $50 a month more.
Does NiceJob require a contract?
No. NiceJob says you are not locked into a contract at any point, and you can move between Starter and Pro at any time, with the change applied on your next billing cycle.
What happened to the NiceJob Lite plan?
Lite at $45 and the Convert bundles at $145 and $175 still appear on some directory sites, but NiceJob's own pricing page no longer lists them. As of October 2026 the published plans are Starter at $75 and Pro at $125.
Does NiceJob collect video testimonials?
NiceJob's published feature list covers review requests, widgets, social sharing, a microsite and Pro marketing tools, but not recorded video testimonials. A testimonial tool that records video in the browser from one link fills that gap on your service pages.
Is there a cheaper alternative to NiceJob for multiple locations?
It depends on the job. For Google review requests, check what your field service software already includes before paying per location. For video and written testimonials on your own site, our Growth plan is $89 a month with unlimited walls, whatever the number of locations.
Social proof that converts, collected, not chased
Send one link, your customers record a video or text testimonial, and you embed a beautiful wall of proof on your site in minutes. Text and video, unlimited, at one flat price.
