Fera Reviews Pricing and Cost of Every Fera Plan by Order Volume

Fera sells one review app in seven sizes, and the size you need is set by how many orders your store ships and how many review requests Fera sends for you. Below is every plan from fera.ai and Fera's Shopify App Store listing, read in October 2026 in US dollars, with what you pay at common store sizes and how that compares with Judge.me, Stamped, Loox, Okendo and Yotpo.

What you get

What a testimonial plan adds next to Fera reviews pricing

One flat price that never reads your order count

Fera moves you from $9 to $29 the month you pass 200 orders, and to $99 past 2,000. Our plans are priced by walls, brands and seats, never by orders or submissions, so a strong holiday season does not change the bill.

Testimonials from people who never placed an order

Fera sends review requests a set time after an order. Our request link goes to anyone you email: a wholesale account, a retail partner, a creator you work with or a long-time customer, with no order needed.

Video stories recorded from one link

Customers record in the browser with no login and no app, answering the prompts you set. You get a short story about why they trust the brand, not a clip attached to a star rating.

The same wall on any site you run

One line of embed code puts the wall on your store, a WordPress blog and a landing page at once, with publishing consent stored next to every quote and video.

How it works

From one request link to embedded proof in four steps

01

Find your busiest month of orders

Fera ties each plan to an order cap on Shopify, so take the highest month from the last year, not the average. A store at 1,800 orders most months and 2,600 in December needs Medium for the season.

02

Count the review requests you want sent

Each plan also caps automatic review requests: 100 on Startup, 1,000 on Small, 10,000 on Medium and 25,000 on Semi-Large. If you request a review on every order, the request cap and the order cap point to the same plan.

03

Decide between monthly and yearly

Yearly billing cuts Small from $29 to $19 a month and Medium from $99 to $69. Pay yearly only once the trial has shown the app fits your theme and your order volume is stable.

04

Collect one brand testimonial in the demo above

Send yourself the link, record a short answer and watch it land on a wall. Then decide whether a flat testimonial plan next to your review app is worth it.

Every plan mixes video testimonials and written quotes in one Wall of Love, and you embed it anywhere with a lightweight testimonial widget.

In depth

Fera reviews pricing plan by plan

Fera pricing plans at a glance

Fera publishes seven plans on fera.ai. The four smaller ones also appear on its Shopify App Store listing, which adds the order cap for each. These are the plans as Fera published them on October 6, 2026.

Every plan includes unlimited reviews, photo and video reviews, a Q&A widget and AI review moderation. Small and up add AI review replies, custom email domains and product groups. Fera also says it offers custom pricing on request.

What Fera costs at your order volume

The order cap decides the plan, so the useful question is how many orders you ship in your busiest month. Here is the cheapest Fera plan for common store sizes on Shopify, with the yearly cost on both billing options.

Orders in your busiest monthFera planMonthly billing12 months, billed monthly12 months, billed yearly
Up to 200Startup$9$108$84
201 to 2,000Small$29$348$228
2,001 to 20,000Medium$99$1,188$828
20,001 to 50,000Semi-Large$199$2,388$1,668
Above 50,000Large or customFrom $299From $3,588From $2,388

Fera's steps are gentler than most order-priced apps. Passing 200 orders costs $20 more a month, and the Small plan then holds all the way to 2,000 orders. Compare that with Stamped, which jumps from $23 to $99 at 201 orders.

Fera pricing next to Judge.me, Stamped, Loox, Okendo and Yotpo

Most Shopify review apps price by orders, so the ranking changes with store size. These are monthly prices for the cheapest plan with reviews at each volume, from each vendor's own published pricing read in September and October 2026.

Orders a monthFeraJudge.meStampedLooxOkendoYotpo
100$9$0 or $15$23$49.99$19$24
300$29$0 or $15$99$49.99$119$89
800$29$0 or $15$99$149.99$119$129
2,500$99$0 or $15$199$299.99$299$299

Fera is the cheapest order-priced app at every size in this table. Only Judge.me costs less, because it has no order meter at all; Junip also skips the meter but starts at $29 for paid features. Between 201 and 2,000 orders the gap is widest: $29 for Fera against $89 to $150 for Yotpo, Stamped, Loox and Okendo. The full ladders are on our Judge.me pricing, Stamped.io pricing, Loox pricing, Okendo pricing and Yotpo pricing pages.

Where fera.ai and the Shopify listing disagree

Two details differ between the two sources, and both are worth asking Fera about before you commit to a yearly plan.

Users. The Shopify listing gives Startup 2 users, Small 3, Medium 5 and Semi-Large 7. The fera.ai pricing page lists unlimited users on every plan. If several people on your team will moderate reviews, get the answer in writing.

Order caps on the larger plans. The Shopify listing caps Medium at 20,000 orders and Semi-Large at 50,000. The fera.ai cards print “Up to 2,000 orders” on every plan from Medium up, which reads like a copy error rather than a real limit, since a $999 plan capped at the same orders as the $29 one makes no sense. We table the Shopify figures, because that is the listing Shopify bills against.

Does Fera have a free plan?

Not any more. Fera's own FAQ says it no longer offers a free plan and that every paid plan comes with a free trial instead. On the Shopify App Store the trial is 60 days on each listed plan, which is long for this category: Judge.me Awesome gives 15 days, Okendo 14, and Stamped lists none.

Older roundups still describe a free Fera plan with one widget. That plan is gone, so a store choosing on price alone should compare Startup at $9 with Judge.me Forever Free at $0. Fera also states that BigCommerce, Magento and custom stores need Small at $29 or above, so Startup is a Shopify-only price.

Is Fera worth paying for?

For a Shopify store between 200 and 2,000 orders that wants automated review requests, photo and video reviews and incentives such as discounts or loyalty points for reviews, Fera Small at $29 is one of the best-priced plans in the category. Its listing rating was 4.8 out of 5 from more than 2,000 merchant reviews when we read it.

For a store that only wants product reviews and star ratings, Judge.me does the core job for $0 or $15 at any size. For a store already paying for a loyalty program inside another app, check which review apps that program integrates with before switching. Fera lists Klaviyo and Smile.io among its integrations.

What Fera does not do, and where a flat testimonial plan fits

Fera ties reviews to orders and products, which is right for product pages. It leaves a gap on the pages that sell the brand. Here is the honest split.

Price$9 to $999 a month$49 a month or $288 a year (Starter)

Many brands should run both: a review app for product pages, and a flat testimonial plan for the stories that convince a first-time visitor to trust the store. Starter covers one wall at $49 a month or $288 a year, Growth adds unlimited walls at $89 or $528, and Studio covers several brands at $149 or $888. The Shopify testimonials page shows where brand stories go on a store, and our Judge.me vs Stamped.io comparison works through the cost of two other review apps by store size.

Frequently asked

Fera reviews pricing, the questions people actually ask

How much does Fera reviews cost?

Fera costs $9 a month on Startup, $29 on Small, $99 on Medium, $199 on Semi-Large, $299 on Large, $599 on X-Large and $999 on Enterprise with monthly billing. Yearly billing lowers those to $7, $19, $69, $139, $199, $449 and $699 a month. Prices are in US dollars.

Does Fera have a free plan?

No. Fera says it no longer offers a free plan, and every paid plan comes with a free trial instead. On the Shopify App Store the trial is 60 days. The cheapest plan is Startup at $9 a month for up to 200 orders.

How many orders does each Fera plan cover?

On Fera's Shopify App Store listing, Startup covers up to 200 orders a month, Small up to 2,000, Medium up to 20,000 and Semi-Large up to 50,000. Larger plans are sized by review requests, from 50,000 to 500,000 a month.

What is a review request in Fera pricing?

A review request is an automatic email or SMS Fera sends to a customer a set time after an order, asking for a review. Each plan caps them: 100 a month on Startup, 1,000 on Small, 10,000 on Medium and 25,000 on Semi-Large.

Is Fera cheaper than Judge.me?

No. Judge.me costs $0 on Forever Free or $15 a month on Awesome at any order volume. Fera costs $9 up to 200 orders and $29 up to 2,000. Fera is cheaper than Stamped, Loox, Okendo and Yotpo at every size we compared.

Can I use Fera outside Shopify?

Yes. Fera states that BigCommerce, Magento and custom stores are supported, with Small at $29 a month as the minimum plan on those platforms. The $9 Startup plan applies to Shopify stores.

What happens if I outgrow my Fera plan?

Fera's FAQ says that if you exceed your plan's limits you will be asked to upgrade to the next plan up. Plan for your busiest month, since holiday orders are what usually push a store past a cap.

Can I cancel Fera anytime?

Yes. Fera says there are no fixed-term contracts. On Shopify, uninstalling the app ends the app charge. Export your reviews first, because removing a review app also removes its widgets and star ratings from your product pages.
