Pro is the plan POWR marks as popular, and it is the first tier where you can style the slider with your own CSS. Starter is enough if six slides covers your best quotes and you only want the POWR logo gone. The annual figure is charged up front for the full year.
POWR Product Reviews pricing, the plugin that collects
The Testimonial Slider only displays quotes you type in. If you want customers to submit reviews to your site, POWR's plugin for that is Product Reviews, and it is priced a little higher and capped by reviews per month rather than by slides.

Every tier accepts images and shows a reviews badge. Starter adds review moderation and a pinned best review, and Pro adds custom CSS and replies to reviews. Note that the review cap is a monthly submission count, so a store that sends review requests after every order can pass 25 in a normal week. Reviews are typed into a form on your page; Product Reviews does not record video.
Why POWR prices per plugin, and when Business is cheaper
POWR's own FAQ is direct about it. Starter and Pro upgrade a single plugin type, while Business upgrades the whole account. Inside one plugin type you can save as many copies as you like, so five testimonial sliders on five pages are still one Testimonial Slider upgrade. A slider plus a review form is two upgrades, and the tier names do not cost the same across plugins, as the two tables above show.

The break even depends on which plugins you pick, but as a rule of thumb Business wins at about seven plugins on Pro, while on Starter it takes 16 or more. Below that, paying per plugin is cheaper. If your site only needs a slider and a review form, Business is overkill.
Monthly, annual and two year billing, and the refund rules
POWR offers monthly, annual and biennial billing on every paid plan. Annual and two year plans are charged in full up front. The FAQ says there are no refunds on monthly upgrades whatever day you cancel, though you keep the upgrade to the end of the period, and that annual and biennial upgrades can be refunded within 5 days of purchase. Registered nonprofits get 50% off yearly upgrades through support.
Two more details from POWR's help center matter for a budget. A price update that took effect June 30, 2026 raised paid monthly plans by $1, while annual, two year and Business plans did not change. Subscriptions bought through the Wix App Market are billed by Wix and kept their earlier price, and Shopify subscribers approve price changes in Shopify, so the figure on your invoice can differ from powr.io if you installed POWR through a site builder's app store. Removing a plugin from your page does not cancel the upgrade; you cancel from My Account.

POWR is a library of more than 60 small website plugins (forms, popups, galleries, sliders, reviews) that drop into Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, WordPress or any HTML page. For a small site that needs a slider of five quotes, Testimonial Slider Starter at under $50 a year is a fair price and we would not talk anyone out of it.
