REVIEWS.io Pricing: REVIEWS.io Cost, Plans and Review Invite Limits
REVIEWS.io sells four paid plans, and the price on the card is where the bill starts, not where it ends. Every plan is priced by how many review invitations you send a month, and the slider on the pricing page moves the price as your order volume grows. Every figure below was read from REVIEWS.io's own pricing page and the price list it loads for United States visitors, in US dollars, in September 2026.

In short
REVIEWS.io costs $29 a month for Essentials, $79 for Start-Up, $175 for Grow and $500 for Plus when billed monthly in the United States, or $23, $63, $140 and $400 a month billed yearly. Those are entry prices: Essentials covers 300 review invites a month, Start-Up and Grow start at 1,000 and Plus at 7,500, and more invites raise the price. Each top-level domain is a separate subscription. A Free plan covers 25 invites a month.
What you get
What a flat plan changes next to REVIEWS.io pricing
No invite meter
Our plans do not count how many customers you ask. Send the request link to 300 people or 30,000 in a month and the invoice stays exactly where it was.
A link you can send from anywhere
Paste the request link into Klaviyo, your Shopify order email, a help desk signature or a QR code on the packing slip. Nothing counts the sends, so no channel costs extra.
Text and video on every plan
Customers record video in the browser with no login and no app, and every plan takes unlimited text and video testimonials with no per minute charge.
Monthly billing with no contract
Starter is $49 a month or $480 a year, Growth $89 or $888, Studio $149 or $1,488. Cancel at the end of any period.
How it works
From one request link to embedded proof in four steps
Find your real monthly order count
REVIEWS.io prices from average monthly orders, because every order is a potential invite. Use a normal month, not your holiday peak, and remember that each resend counts too.
Match it to an invite tier
Start-Up and Grow both begin at 1,000 invites. Start-Up climbs in steps to 5,000 and Grow to 20,000. Plus starts at 7,500 and runs to 320,000.
Decide which features you need
Google Seller Ratings, review importing and Klaviyo unlock on Start-Up. Reputation manager, AI summaries and surveys unlock on Grow. API access is listed on Plus only.
Price a flat plan next to it
Collect one testimonial with the demo above, then put the REVIEWS.io tier you need next to one flat plan before you commit.
Every plan mixes video testimonials and written quotes in one Wall of Love, and you embed it anywhere with a lightweight testimonial widget.
In depth
REVIEWS.io pricing, plan by plan
REVIEWS.io pricing for every plan, monthly and yearly
These are the plans on the REVIEWS.io pricing page for United States visitors in September 2026. The page shows monthly prices by default and a toggle marked Save 20% for yearly billing, which it shows as a monthly equivalent. The footnotes say prices are in USD, that the yearly discount is available in the dashboard after signing up, and that pricing is calculated per domain.
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed yearly, per month | Yearly total | Review invites included |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | $0 | 25 a month |
| Essentials | $29 | $23 | $276 | 300 a month |
| Start-Up | $79 | $63 | $756 | 1,000 a month, up to 5,000 for more |
| Grow | $175 | $140 | $1,680 | 1,000 a month, up to 20,000 for more |
| Plus | $500 | $400 | $4,800 | 7,500 a month, up to 320,000 for more |
Two things are easy to miss. First, the cards are entry prices at the lowest invite level for each plan, so a store that moves the order slider sees them change. Second, the price you see depends on where you are: REVIEWS.io keeps separate price lists for the US, the UK, Germany and Australia, and the UK list is lower in number than the US one. If a colleague abroad quotes you a cheaper figure, that is why.
What REVIEWS.io costs as your invite volume grows
This is the table the pricing page does not show you all at once. It is the monthly price of each plan at each invite level, taken from the same price list the order slider uses. Yearly billing takes 20 percent off every cell.
| Review invites a month | Start-Up | Grow | Plus |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1,000 | $79 | $175 | Starts at 7,500 |
| 1,500 | $90 | $195 | Starts at 7,500 |
| 2,500 | $100 | $225 | Starts at 7,500 |
| 5,000 | $130 | $275 | Starts at 7,500 |
| 7,500 | Not offered | $325 | $500 |
| 10,000 | Not offered | $399 | $550 |
| 15,000 | Not offered | $425 | $600 |
| 20,000 | Not offered | $525 | $700 |
| 40,000 | Not offered | Not offered | $925 |
| 80,000 | Not offered | Not offered | $1,125 |
| 160,000 | Not offered | Not offered | $1,299 |
| 320,000 | Not offered | Not offered | $1,499 |
Read across a row and the pattern is clear. Start-Up is the volume plan: 5,000 invites for $130 a month is the cheapest way to ask a lot of customers. Grow costs $96 more than Start-Up at 1,000 invites and $145 more at 5,000, and that premium buys features, not volume. Above 5,000 invites a month you have to be on Grow or Plus whether you want their features or not, which is the point where the bill jumps.
What each REVIEWS.io plan adds beyond invites
Invites decide the price inside a plan. Features decide which plan you are on in the first place, and a single feature you cannot do without will push you up a tier on its own. This is what each card and the full comparison table list.
| Plan | What it adds | Who it fits |
|---|---|---|
| Essentials | Product and company reviews, photo and video collection, automated review collection, 15+ on-site widgets, 2 email templates | A new store proving that reviews lift conversion |
| Start-Up | Google Seller Ratings, Google Rich Snippets, review importing, third-party review collection, Klaviyo integration, 100 SMS invites a month, 3 email templates | Stores running Google Shopping ads or moving from another review app |
| Grow | Reputation manager, AI review summary, competitor analysis, dynamic link, custom attributes, 100 SMS invites and 100 survey replies a month, 5 email templates, contract buyout offer | Brands that want review insight and surveys, not only stars |
| Plus | AI review replies, multi-language translation, widget development support, customer success manager, onboarding support, shoppable UGC galleries, Bazaarvoice syndication, API access | Multi-market brands and brands syndicating reviews to retailers |
The feature most people upgrade for is Google Seller Ratings, the stars under a Google Shopping ad. It is not on Essentials, so any store buying REVIEWS.io for its ad performance should treat $79 a month, not $29, as the real entry price.
REVIEWS.io SMS and survey add-ons
Email invites are metered by the slider. SMS invites and survey replies are metered separately, and they are where a bill can grow without anyone noticing, because the limits live in the dashboard rather than on the plan card. These are the US monthly add-on prices on top of the plan.
| Add-on | Included | Next steps up, per month | Plans |
|---|---|---|---|
| SMS invites | 100 a month | 2,500 for $125, 4,000 for $175, 15,000 for $600, 40,000 for $900, 90,000 for $1,250 | Start-Up, Grow, Plus |
| Survey replies | 100 a month | 500 for $99, 2,500 for $175, 5,000 for $315, 10,000 for $425 | Grow, Plus |
One detail in the REVIEWS.io FAQ can save real money. Each email or SMS request sent through REVIEWS.io counts as one invite, but a request sent through an external tool such as Klaviyo is only counted once the recipient clicks through to the Review Collector Page. A store that sends its review requests from Klaviyo flows pays for the customers who engage, not for every order.
The per-domain rule and what it does to multi-store brands
The pricing page footnote is short: pricing is calculated on a per-domain basis, and each top-level domain is treated as a separate subscription. The FAQ adds that several stores can sit under one REVIEWS.io account, with reviews collected centrally and shown locally. Both are true at once. One login, several bills.
For a brand with a .com store, a .co.uk store and a .com.au store, each on Start-Up at 1,000 invites, that is three times $79, or $237 a month and $2,268 a year on yearly billing. The same brand on a single plan that does not price by domain pays once. If you sell in several countries on separate domains, do this multiplication before you compare REVIEWS.io with anyone else.
REVIEWS.io free plan, free trial and contract terms
The Free plan in the comparison table includes 25 review invites a month. That is enough to test the widgets and the invitation flow, and not enough to run a store of any size on. Essentials, Start-Up and Grow each have a 14 day free trial button; Plus is sold through a demo call instead.
There is no annual contract. The FAQ says every plan is month to month with invite based pricing, and that committing annually earns a 20 percent discount compared with monthly billing. That is friendlier than Trustpilot, whose paid plans run on a 12 month prepaid term. On the Grow card REVIEWS.io also offers to buy out the remainder of a contract with another review provider, which matters if you are locked into an annual deal elsewhere.
What REVIEWS.io costs for a real program, next to a flat plan
Here is the same program priced on REVIEWS.io and on our plans, both billed yearly. We have kept the rows where REVIEWS.io is the better buy, because for a product review program it often is.
| Your program | REVIEWS.io, yearly | Testimonials, yearly | Better buy |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shopify store, 300 orders a month, product star ratings | $276 on Essentials | $480 on Starter | REVIEWS.io: cheaper, and product reviews are its core job |
| Store running Google Shopping ads that needs seller ratings | $756 on Start-Up | Not offered | REVIEWS.io: we do not feed Google Seller Ratings |
| DTC brand, 4,000 orders a month, website testimonials from every buyer | $1,248 on Start-Up at 5,000 invites | $480 on Starter, no invite meter | Testimonials, if the goal is proof on your own pages |
| Brand with three country stores on separate domains | $2,268 for three Start-Up subscriptions | $1,488 on Studio, unlimited brands | Testimonials, unless each market needs seller ratings |
| B2B, SaaS or agency collecting text and video testimonials | $276 on Essentials, built around orders and product pages | $480 on Starter or $888 on Growth for more than one wall | Testimonials: one request link, a Wall of Love, video with no login |
The honest split is by what you are buying. If you need product reviews attached to SKUs, review schema on product pages and stars in Google Shopping, buy REVIEWS.io. If you need customers saying why they chose you, in text and on video, on your homepage, pricing page and landing pages, that is what our flat plans are built for, and the cost does not move with your order count.
Is REVIEWS.io worth it?
For an ecommerce brand on Shopify, BigCommerce or Magento, usually yes. The invite ladder matches how stores work, Start-Up puts seller ratings and Klaviyo within reach at $79 a month, and there is no annual lock in. Against Trustpilot, whose entry paid plan is $99 a month for 100 invitations on a yearly contract, REVIEWS.io gives far more collection volume for the money, which we set out plan by plan in REVIEWS.io vs Trustpilot.
It is a weaker fit for businesses that do not sell orders. A law firm, a B2B software company or an agency has no order stream for the slider to price against, no SKUs for product reviews, and no use for seller ratings. What those buyers need is a named customer on video explaining the result, placed where the buying decision happens, which is the job of automated testimonial collection and a Wall of Love. If you are weighing widget tools on price instead, EmbedSocial pricing meters views rather than invites, which suits a different traffic profile.
Frequently asked
Reviews.io pricing: the questions people actually ask
How much does REVIEWS.io cost?
REVIEWS.io costs $29 a month for Essentials, $79 for Start-Up, $175 for Grow and $500 for Plus on monthly billing in the US. Yearly billing is 20 percent less: $23, $63, $140 and $400 a month. Those are entry prices, and sending more invites raises the price within each plan. Each domain is billed separately.
Does REVIEWS.io have a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 25 review invites a month, which is enough to try the invitation flow and widgets but not to run a store. Paid plans start at $29 a month for Essentials with 300 invites.
Is REVIEWS.io cheaper than Trustpilot?
For invitation volume, yes. REVIEWS.io Start-Up is $79 a month for 1,000 invites on monthly billing, while Trustpilot Starter is $99 a month for 100 invitations on a 12 month plan and is limited to new small businesses. Trustpilot sells a public profile that REVIEWS.io does not.
What counts as a review invite on REVIEWS.io?
Each email or SMS request sent through REVIEWS.io counts as one invite. Requests sent through an external tool such as Klaviyo only count once the recipient clicks through to the Review Collector Page, and REVIEWS.io says each invite counts once.
Does REVIEWS.io charge per domain?
Yes. The pricing page says pricing is calculated per domain and that each top-level domain is a separate subscription. You can manage several stores from one account, but a brand with three country domains pays for three plans.
Does REVIEWS.io offer a free trial?
Yes. Essentials, Start-Up and Grow each offer a 14 day free trial from the pricing page. Plus is sold through a demo call with the REVIEWS.io team rather than a self-serve trial.
Do I need an annual contract with REVIEWS.io?
No. REVIEWS.io says all plans are month to month. You can switch to annual billing in the dashboard after signing up and save 20 percent against the monthly price.
Which REVIEWS.io plan includes Google Seller Ratings?
Start-Up, at $79 a month or $63 a month billed yearly, is the first plan with Google Seller Ratings and Google Rich Snippets. Essentials does not include them, so stores buying for ad stars should budget for Start-Up.
Is REVIEWS.io legit?
Yes. REVIEWS.io is an established review platform used by ecommerce brands, it is one of Google's third party review partners for seller ratings, and it states that you own and can export the reviews you collect. The main things to check before buying are the invite tiers and the per domain billing.
