Judge.me Pricing Plans for Judge.me Reviews and the Shopify App Cost
Judge.me has the shortest price list in Shopify reviews: one free plan and one paid plan, with no order meter on either. Below is what each plan includes, read from Judge.me's Shopify App Store listing and help center in October 2026, in US dollars, with the features that actually force the upgrade and the cost next to Loox, Okendo and Yotpo.

In short
Judge.me costs $0 on the Forever Free plan and $15 a month on the Awesome plan, and that is the whole price list. Neither plan is priced by orders, so a store doing 30,000 orders a month pays the same $15 as one doing 300. Free includes unlimited reviews, photo and video reviews, review requests and rich snippets. Awesome adds Klaviyo and 130+ other integrations, Q&A, auto reminders, coupons, Google Shopping and full design control. Awesome bills through Shopify every 30 days, has a 15 day trial, and has no yearly plan, so it runs $180 a year.
What you get
What a testimonial plan adds next to Judge.me pricing
Works on any website, not only Shopify
Judge.me retired its WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace and Wix apps in 2026 and is now a Shopify app. Our embed is one line of code, so the same wall runs on a Shopify store, a WordPress blog and a Webflow marketing site at once.
Testimonials from people who never placed an order
Judge.me asks buyers about the products they bought. Our request link goes to anyone you email: a wholesale account, a B2B client, a coaching customer or a partner, with no order needed to leave one.
Video stories recorded from one link
Customers record in the browser with no login and no app, answering the prompts you set. You get a two minute story about the problem and the result, not a phone clip attached to a star rating.
Consent captured with every submission
Each testimonial carries the customer's permission to publish, stored next to the quote or video, so it can go on your homepage, a landing page or a sales deck without a second email.
How it works
From one request link to embedded proof in four steps
Start on Judge.me Free if you are on Shopify
Install it, import your old reviews and let it send requests for a month. Free already covers unlimited reviews, photo and video reviews and rich snippets, so many small stores never need more.
List the features you would pay $15 for
Klaviyo, auto reminders, Q&A, Google Shopping and custom design are the usual reasons. If none of them matter to you yet, Free is the right plan and nothing is wasted.
Decide whether you also need brand testimonials
Product reviews sell a product. A founder video, a B2B case quote or a wholesale buyer story sells the company, and those come from people Judge.me never asks.
Collect one testimonial in the demo above
Send yourself the link, record a short answer and see it on a wall. Then decide whether a flat plan next to Judge.me is worth it for your store.
Every plan mixes video testimonials and written quotes in one Wall of Love, and you embed it anywhere with a lightweight testimonial widget.
In depth
Judge.me pricing plan by plan
Judge.me pricing plans at a glance
Judge.me lists two plans on its Shopify App Store page, and the help center confirms the paid one is $15 a month, billed in US dollars every 30 days, with Shopify converting the charge for stores in other currencies. There is no plan above Awesome and no price that changes with volume. Here is what each one includes, as listed by Judge.me in October 2026.
| Feature | Forever Free | Awesome |
|---|---|---|
| Price | $0 | $15 a month |
| Product and store reviews | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Photo and video reviews | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Review requests | Unlimited | Unlimited, plus auto reminders |
| Review widget and star rating badge | Yes | Yes |
| Carousels (video, cards, testimonials) | Yes | Yes |
| Rich snippets and Google reviews sync | Yes | Yes |
| Importer, AliExpress, Etsy and Amazon sync | Yes | Yes |
| Widgets | Core widgets | 16 widgets, including Q&A and a reviews page |
| Integrations (Klaviyo, Gorgias and others) | No | 130+ |
| Coupons and referrals | No | Yes |
| Google Shopping, Meta and TikTok Shop sync | No | Yes |
| AI replies, summaries and translations | No | Yes |
| Custom CSS and email design | Basic customization | Full |
| Trial | Not needed | 15 days, once per store |
The free column is unusually generous. Most review apps cap the free tier by orders or reviews; Judge.me caps it by features instead, which is why the decision is about what you need, not how big you are.
What forces the Judge.me Awesome upgrade
Five features sit behind the paywall that most stores actually care about. If you need one of them, your real Judge.me price is $15 a month; if you need none, it is $0.
| You need | Why it matters | Plan |
|---|---|---|
| Klaviyo or another email tool | Review data in flows and segments, review requests sent from your own email platform | Awesome |
| Auto reminders | A second nudge to buyers who ignored the first request usually lifts the review count more than anything else | Awesome |
| Google Shopping | Product ratings in Shopping ads and free listings | Awesome |
| Q&A and a reviews page | Questions answered on the product page and one page that collects every review | Awesome |
| Coupons for reviewers | A discount sent after a photo or video review, which raises visual review rates | Awesome |
Klaviyo is the most common trigger. A store that already runs its post-purchase flow in Klaviyo will usually pay the $15 in the first month rather than send requests from two places.
How Judge.me bills on Shopify
Judge.me charges through Shopify's app billing, every 30 days, in US dollars. A store in Canada sees roughly the converted amount on its Shopify invoice, and Judge.me's help center gives about $20 CAD as an example. There is no yearly plan, so there is no annual discount and no annual commitment either: Awesome costs $180 over twelve months and you can stop at any point.
The 15 day trial of Awesome is available once per store. If you downgrade inside the trial you are not charged. When you downgrade later, Judge.me removes the Awesome-only features within 48 hours, and your reviews stay. That last point matters: unlike a platform that holds your reviews hostage to a contract, leaving the paid plan costs you features, never content.
Judge.me pricing next to Loox, Okendo and Yotpo by order volume
Every other big Shopify review app prices by orders a month, so the gap to Judge.me widens as a store grows. These are the monthly prices for the cheapest plan that covers each volume with reviews switched on, using each vendor's own published pricing read in September and October 2026.
| Orders a month | Judge.me | Loox | Okendo | Yotpo |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 100 | $0 or $15 | $49.99 (Convert) | $19 (Essential) | $24 (Starter) |
| 300 | $0 or $15 | $49.99 (Convert) | $119 (Growth) | $89 (Starter) |
| 800 | $0 or $15 | $149.99 (Convert) | $119 (Growth) | $129 (Starter) |
| 2,500 | $0 or $15 | $299.99 (Unlimited) | $299 (Power) | $299 (Pro) |
Price is not the only axis. Loox is built around photo reviews, Okendo around customer attributes and Klaviyo data, Yotpo around a wider marketing suite. But on cost alone, a store doing 2,500 orders a month pays about $3,600 a year for any of the three and $180 for Judge.me. Full ladders are on our Loox pricing, Okendo pricing and Yotpo pricing pages. Stamped, which tops out its Shopify listing at $199 a month for 5,000 orders, is broken down on Stamped.io pricing. Fera, at $9 a month up to 200 orders and $29 up to 2,000, is on Fera reviews pricing, and the head-to-head with Okendo is in Okendo vs Judge.me.
Judge.me is a Shopify app only in 2026
Judge.me used to run on WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace and Wix. In 2026 it retired those apps and now serves Shopify stores. If your store runs on another platform, Judge.me pricing is not a choice you have, whatever the old roundups say.
For a WooCommerce store, the realistic paid options are Klaviyo Reviews (if you already pay for Klaviyo), REVIEWS.io or a WordPress review plugin. For a Squarespace, Wix or Webflow site that does not sell through a cart at all, a product review app is usually the wrong tool, and what you actually want is customer testimonials shown on the pages that sell, which works on any site with a testimonial widget.
Is Judge.me worth paying for?
For most Shopify stores, yes, and often at $0. Judge.me Free is the strongest free tier in the category, and Awesome at a flat $15 is cheaper than any order-priced rival from the first hundred orders a month. A store that needs Klaviyo, reminders or Google Shopping should pay the $15 without much thought.
Where it is not worth more money is in trying to make it do a different job. Judge.me collects reviews from buyers about products. If your conversion problem is that visitors do not trust the company behind the store, a sixth star rating under a product rarely fixes it. That is a testimonial problem, and it is solved with a few named customers on video saying what the brand did for them, placed on the homepage and the about page.
What Judge.me does not do, and where a flat testimonial plan fits
Judge.me ties every review to a Shopify order and a product. That is its strength for product pages, and its limit everywhere else. Here are the jobs that come up once a Shopify brand has priced Judge.me, with the honest answer on which tool should do each.
| The job | Judge.me | Testimonials |
|---|---|---|
| Star ratings under each product | Yes, its core job | Not built for it |
| Rich snippets and Google Shopping ratings | Yes (Shopping on Awesome) | No |
| Video story from a wholesale or B2B buyer | No order, no request | Yes, one link to anyone |
| Founder or brand testimonials on the homepage | Carousel of product reviews | Wall of Love or widget from curated stories |
| Same wall on a non-Shopify marketing site | No, Shopify only | Yes, one line embed |
| Publishing consent stored with each submission | Review terms | Yes |
| Price | $0 or $15 a month | $49 a month or $288 a year (Starter) |
Many stores should run both: Judge.me for product reviews, and a flat testimonial plan for the stories that sell the brand. Starter covers one wall at $49 a month or $288 a year, Growth adds unlimited walls at $89 or $528, and Studio covers multiple brands at $149 or $888.
Frequently asked
Judge me pricing, the questions people actually ask
Is Judge.me really free?
Yes. The Forever Free plan costs $0 with no time limit and includes unlimited product and store reviews, unlimited photo and video reviews, unlimited review requests, the review widget, star rating badge, carousels and rich snippets. The paid Awesome plan adds integrations, reminders, Q&A, coupons, Google Shopping and full customization for $15 a month.
How much does Judge.me cost per month?
Judge.me costs $0 on Forever Free or $15 a month on Awesome. The price does not change with orders, reviews or store size, so the most a store can pay is $15 a month. It is billed through Shopify every 30 days in US dollars, which works out to $180 a year.
What is the difference between Judge.me Free and Awesome?
Free covers collecting and showing reviews: unlimited reviews, photos, videos, requests, widgets and rich snippets. Awesome adds what connects reviews to the rest of your marketing: Klaviyo and 130+ integrations, auto reminders, Q&A and a reviews page, coupons and referrals, Google Shopping, Meta and TikTok Shop sync, AI replies and full design control.
Does Judge.me have a yearly plan?
No. Judge.me bills Awesome monthly through Shopify, every 30 days, and its help center lists no annual option. That means no annual discount, and also no yearly commitment: you can downgrade to Free at any time and keep your reviews, losing only the Awesome features.
Does Judge.me charge per order?
No. Judge.me is the main Shopify review app with no order meter. Loox, Okendo and Yotpo all price by orders a month, so at 2,500 orders they cost around $299 a month each, while Judge.me stays at $0 or $15.
Is there a Judge.me free trial?
Yes. Awesome has a 15 day free trial, available once per store. If you downgrade to Free before the trial ends you are not charged. The Free plan itself needs no trial because it never expires.
Can I use Judge.me without Shopify?
Not anymore. Judge.me retired its WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace and Wix apps in 2026 and now runs as a Shopify app. Stores on other platforms need a different review tool, and sites that do not sell through a cart usually need testimonials rather than product reviews.
How do I cancel Judge.me Awesome?
Downgrade to the Forever Free plan inside the Judge.me app in your Shopify admin. Judge.me removes the Awesome-only features within 48 hours, and every review you collected stays on your store. Uninstalling the app also ends the Shopify charge.
