EmbedSocial, what each plan costs

EmbedSocial Pricing: EmbedSocial Plans, Widget View Limits and Source Caps

EmbedSocial sells four paid tiers, and the price is only half of the decision. Each tier caps two things: how many sources you connect and how many times a page carrying your widgets loads each month. Every figure below was read from embedsocial.com/pricing and the EmbedSocial help center in September 2026, not from a review site.

In short

EmbedSocial costs $29 a month for Pro, $49 for Pro Plus and $99 for Premium, billed monthly, or $24, $40 and $80 a month billed yearly (the toggle says save 20%). Enterprise is quoted by sales and a Free plan covers 1 source and 500 widget views a month. Pro includes 3 sources and 5,000 views, Pro Plus 6 and 20,000, Premium 15 and 100,000. When you pass your view limit, your widgets stop displaying until the counter resets on the first of the month.

What you get

What a flat plan changes next to EmbedSocial pricing

No widget view meter

Our plans do not count page loads. A launch, a press hit or a sale that triples traffic leaves your Wall of Love on the page and the invoice where it was.

No source count

You are not paying per connected account. Collect testimonials directly with one link, import the reviews you already have, and none of it moves you up a tier.

Unlimited video on every plan

Customers record video in the browser with no login and no app, and every plan takes unlimited text and video testimonials with no per minute charge.

Monthly billing with no contract

Starter is $49 a month or $480 a year, Growth $89 or $888, Studio $149 or $1,488. Cancel at the end of any period.

How it works

From one request link to embedded proof in four steps

01

Add up your widget pageviews

Take the monthly pageviews of every page that will carry a widget, and count each widget on a page separately. That total is your EmbedSocial view number, not your site traffic.

02

Count your sources

List every account you want to pull from: each Google Business Profile, Facebook page, Instagram account or YouTube channel. That list decides the tier as often as views do.

03

Check which features sit on which tier

Trustpilot import, team accounts, social listening and the API unlock at different levels, and team accounts start on Premium.

04

Price a flat plan next to it

Collect one testimonial with the demo above, then compare the EmbedSocial tier you need with one flat plan before you commit.

Every plan mixes video testimonials and written quotes in one Wall of Love, and you embed it anywhere with a lightweight testimonial widget.

In depth

EmbedSocial pricing, plan by plan

EmbedSocial pricing for every plan, monthly and yearly

These are the plans on the EmbedSocial pricing page as published in September 2026. The page renders in euros for European visitors; the page's own product markup lists the United States offer in dollars at the same figures, which is what we show here. Yearly billing is shown on the page as a monthly equivalent, so the yearly charge is twelve times that number.

Premium$99$80$96015100,00030,000Every 30 minutes
EnterpriseQuoted by salesCustomCustomCustomEvery 5 minutes

Every plan, including Free, allows unlimited widgets. AI credits are 10 on Free, 100 on Pro through Premium and 500 on Enterprise. There is no per seat price, but there is a seat gate: team accounts first appear on Premium, so the second person who needs a login costs you the jump from $29 to $99 a month.

What each EmbedSocial plan adds beyond the limits

The limits get the attention, but the feature list decides the tier for a lot of buyers. Here is what each paid plan unlocks, taken from the plan cards and the full comparison table.

PlanWhat it addsWho it fits
FreeOne source, Google reviews and Instagram, unlimited widgets, daily syncTesting the widget on a low-traffic page
ProFacebook reviews and visitor posts, LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube and Trustpilot accounts, social scheduling, advanced analytics, Shopify integration, sync every 3 hoursA single business showing Google and Facebook reviews on its site
Pro PlusX accounts, Instagram hashtags, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Threads mentions, YouTube hashtags, social listeningBrands that want social feeds and mentions, not only reviews
PremiumSync every 30 minutes, X hashtags and keywords, team accounts, rights management, customization requests, the EmbedSocial APIAgencies and teams with more than one person in the account
EnterpriseCustom sources and views, sub-accounts, account manager, custom security protocolsMulti-brand groups and high-volume sites

One detail to plan for if you want Trustpilot reviews in the widget: EmbedSocial's own FAQ says Trustpilot sources are available from Pro and require your own Trustpilot API access. Trustpilot's own plans page lists API access as an add-on, so that source can carry a second bill. We cover the Trustpilot side in Trustpilot reviews widget.

What happens when you hit the EmbedSocial view limit

This is the part of EmbedSocial pricing that matters most, and EmbedSocial states it plainly in its help center: once the limit is reached, your widget stops displaying on your website until the next monthly reset on the first of the month. Upgrading brings it back straight away. Nothing is deleted.

Two definitions from the same documentation decide how fast you get there. A widget view is counted each time someone loads the page where your widget is embedded, whether or not they scroll to it. And views accumulate across all widgets in the account, so loading two widgets on one page counts as two views. A review slider on your homepage plus a badge in your footer turns every homepage visit into two views.

Your setupWidget views a monthPlan that covers it
One widget on a homepage with 4,000 visits4,000Pro, $29
Widget on the homepage and pricing page, 9,000 visits between them9,000Pro Plus, $49
Sitewide footer widget on a site with 15,000 pageviews15,000Pro Plus, $49
Footer badge plus a homepage slider, 30,000 pageviewsAbout 36,000 to 40,000Premium, $99
Sitewide widget on a site with 120,000 pageviews120,000Enterprise, quoted

The uncomfortable timing is that the cap bites during your best month. A launch or a campaign that sends extra traffic is exactly when the proof disappears. If your traffic swings, size the plan for the peak, not the average. We compared how widget vendors handle traffic spikes in the best review widget for high-traffic websites.

How EmbedSocial counts sources

The second meter is sources. EmbedSocial's documentation says its plans are based on the number of sources you connect and use: 1 on Free, 3 on Pro, 6 on Pro Plus, 15 on Premium and custom on Enterprise. A source is a connected account or feed, such as a Google Business Profile, a Facebook page, an Instagram account or a YouTube channel.

For one business with a Google profile and a Facebook page, Pro's three sources are plenty. The shape changes for anyone with several locations, because each location profile is its own source. A dental group with four offices that wants Google reviews from all four plus its Facebook page needs five sources, which is Pro Plus. An agency with eight clients showing Google and Facebook reviews needs sixteen, which is past Premium. Each source also has a monthly media cap (1,500 items on Pro, 30,000 on Premium); once reached, new posts or reviews stop importing until the next month, while everything already imported stays visible.

EmbedSocial free trial, billing and cancellation

Each paid plan starts with a 7 day free trial. The help center says a credit card is required to start it, though you can ask support for a trial without one, and you can extend the trial yourself by 14 more days from the billing page. After that the plan bills monthly or yearly by card or PayPal, and Enterprise can pay by wire or purchase order.

There is no contract and no minimum term: the pricing page FAQ says you can cancel from your account whenever you choose. Know what cancellation does, though. The same FAQ says widgets stop displaying once your subscription ends, and resume if you reactivate. Nonprofits get 50 percent off every plan with proof of status.

What EmbedSocial costs for a real program, next to a flat plan

Here is the same program priced on EmbedSocial and on our plans, both billed yearly. We have included the rows where EmbedSocial is the cheaper choice, because for a small single-location site it often is.

Your programEmbedSocialTestimonials
One site, Google reviews only, under 5,000 widget viewsPro, $288 a yearStarter, $480 a year
One site, 25,000 widget views a monthPremium, $960 a year (Pro Plus stops at 20,000)Starter, $480 a year
Video testimonials from customers on several landing pagesCollection forms with a video option, views still meteredGrowth, $888 a year, unlimited walls
Two people need their own loginsPremium, $960 a year (team accounts start there)Any plan, $480 a year and up
Agency, 8 client brands, white labelEnterprise quote (16 sources is past Premium)Studio, $1,488 a year, unlimited brands

The pattern is simple. EmbedSocial is priced low at the bottom and climbs with traffic and sources. Our pricing does not count either, so it costs more than EmbedSocial Pro on day one and less than Premium once traffic or brands grow.

Is EmbedSocial worth it?

For a brand whose job is social content, yes. EmbedSocial pulls Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and hashtag feeds into your site, handles UGC rights requests, runs social listening and syncs reviews from Google, Facebook and Trustpilot in one dashboard. We do not do social feed aggregation at all, and if that is the job you should buy EmbedSocial.

It is weaker value in three situations. First, high-traffic pages, because the view cap charges you for growth and hides your proof when you pass it. Second, multi-location or multi-client setups, which hit the source cap before anything else. Third, teams whose proof is first-party: testimonials customers give you directly, in text or on video, with their permission recorded. That is what testimonial collection on our plans is built for, and the reason buyers compare the two. Our side by side of the products is on the EmbedSocial alternative page, and if you only need Google reviews on a site, start with the Google reviews widget.

Frequently asked

Embedsocial pricing: the questions people actually ask

How much does EmbedSocial cost?

EmbedSocial costs $29 a month for Pro, $49 for Pro Plus and $99 for Premium when billed monthly. Billed yearly they are $24, $40 and $80 a month, which is $288, $480 and $960 a year. Enterprise is quoted by sales. A Free plan covers 1 source and 500 widget views a month.

Does EmbedSocial have a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes 1 source, 500 widget views a month, 500 media items per source, 10 AI credits, unlimited widgets and a sync every 24 hours. The 500 view ceiling is the real limit: a widget on a page with modest traffic can use it within days.

What happens when you reach the EmbedSocial view limit?

Your widgets stop displaying on your website until the counter resets on the first of the next month. Upgrading your plan reactivates them straight away. Nothing is deleted, but visitors see no reviews or testimonials in the meantime.

What counts as a view in EmbedSocial?

A view is counted each time someone loads a page where your widget is embedded, whether or not they scroll to it. Views are pooled across every widget in the account, so two widgets on one page count as two views, and a widget in a sitewide footer uses one view per pageview across the whole site.

Does EmbedSocial offer a free trial?

Yes. Paid plans start with a 7 day free trial. The help center says a credit card is required to start, although support can set up a trial without one, and you can extend the trial yourself by another 14 days from the billing page.

Does EmbedSocial charge per user?

No, there is no per seat price, but team accounts are only listed from the Premium plan at $99 a month upward. On Free, Pro and Pro Plus, plan on a single login, so giving a colleague their own access means moving up to Premium.

Can I cancel EmbedSocial at any time?

Yes. There are no contracts or minimum commitments, and you can cancel from your account whenever you choose. Your widgets stop displaying once the subscription ends and resume if you reactivate later.

Is there an EmbedSocial discount?

Yearly billing saves 20 percent against monthly, and nonprofits get 50 percent off every plan after sending proof of status. The pricing page does not list coupon or agency discounts; agencies are pointed to Enterprise and the partner program.

Social proof that converts, collected, not chased

Send one link, your customers record a video or text testimonial, and you embed a beautiful wall of proof on your site in minutes. Text and video, unlimited, at one flat price.
