Okendo is cheaper than Yotpo for Shopify stores between 600 and 1,500 orders a month, where Okendo Growth is $119 and Yotpo charges $129 on Starter, then $269 on Pro once you pass 999 orders. Yotpo is cheaper between 200 and 599 orders and from 3,501 to 5,999. Both are free up to 50 orders a month. Okendo Reviews then costs $19 up to 200 orders, $119 up to 1,500, $299 up to 3,500 and $499 up to 10,000. Yotpo Reviews costs $15 to $129 on Starter up to 999 orders and $119 to $379 on Pro up to 5,999. The bigger difference is where each one puts Klaviyo and Google Seller Ratings, which can move your real price by a whole tier.
Both are order-metered Shopify review apps with photo and video reviews, automated review requests, on-site widgets and Google rich snippets. Both also sell loyalty and other products on top. So the useful comparison is not features in the abstract, it is what each one charges a store of your size for the features you will actually switch on. Okendo figures below come from its Shopify App Store listing and its own pricing page, read October 6, 2026. Yotpo figures come from the price data embedded in Yotpo's reviews pricing page, read October 7, 2026. All prices are US dollars a month.

Okendo vs Yotpo pricing by order volume
Both apps price by your monthly order count, but their steps sit in different places, so the cheaper app flips several times as a store grows. This table shows the cheapest plan with reviews on each app at common store sizes, on monthly billing.
| Orders a month | Okendo | Yotpo | Cheaper |
|---|---|---|---|
| 40 | $0 Free | $0 Free | Tie |
| 150 | $19 Essential | $24 Starter | Okendo by $5 |
| 250 | $119 Growth | $59 Starter | Yotpo by $60 |
| 500 | $119 Growth | $89 Starter | Yotpo by $30 |

| 1,500 | $119 Growth | $269 Pro | Okendo by $150 |
| 1,800 | $299 Power | $269 Pro | Yotpo by $30 |
| 2,500 | $299 Power | $299 Pro | Tie |
| 3,200 | $299 Power | $329 Pro | Okendo by $30 |
| 5,000 | $499 Advanced | $379 Pro | Yotpo by $120 |
| 8,000 | $499 Advanced | Quoted (Premium) | Ask Yotpo |
Two rows decide most budgets. At 250 orders, Okendo has already pushed you from $19 to $119, while Yotpo Starter is $59. At 1,500 orders, Yotpo Starter is no longer offered (it stops at 999), so Yotpo moves you to Pro at $269 while Okendo Growth still covers you at $119. Over a year that single row is $1,800 in Okendo's favor. Okendo's per-band detail is on our Okendo pricing page and Yotpo's full slider is on Yotpo pricing.
Is Okendo cheaper than Yotpo?
Okendo is cheaper for stores between 600 and 1,500 orders a month, and much cheaper between 1,000 and 1,500, where Yotpo forces a move to Pro at $269 against Okendo Growth at $119. It is also $30 cheaper between 3,000 and 3,500. Yotpo is cheaper between 200 and 599 orders, between 1,501 and 1,999, and from 3,501 to 5,999 orders, where Okendo's Advanced tier at $499 costs more than Yotpo Pro. The two tie at $299 between 2,000 and 2,999, and below 200 orders they are within $5 of each other.
That answer assumes you only want reviews. Add the integrations most growing stores turn on, and the picture changes.
The Klaviyo and seller ratings tax
If your review requests run inside Klaviyo flows, or you advertise on Google and want stars under your ads, read this section before the price table. These two features sit on different tiers in each app.
| You want | Okendo | Yotpo |
|---|---|---|
| Klaviyo integration at 300 orders | Power, $299 (or a quoted add-on on Growth) | Pro, $169 |
| Klaviyo integration at 1,500 orders | Power, $299 (or a quoted add-on) | Pro, $269 |
| Google Seller Ratings at 300 orders | Add-on, price quoted | Pro, $169 |
| Multi-store management | Enterprise | Premium, quoted |
So a 300-order store that needs Klaviyo pays $169 on Yotpo and either $299 or $119 plus an unpublished add-on on Okendo. Okendo's own billing FAQ says add-ons are available on lower tiers, so ask for that price in writing before you assume Power is the only way in. Neither app beats Judge.me here: it includes Klaviyo on its $15 Awesome plan, which is why our Okendo vs Judge.me comparison comes out so lopsided.
Is Okendo better than Yotpo?
Okendo is better for brands that want reviews tied to quizzes, surveys and structured customer attributes such as skin type or fit, all stored in one customer profile and priced on the same order bands. Yotpo is better for brands that mostly want reviews plus Google Seller Ratings and Klaviyo at the lowest price below 1,000 orders, and for brands that want a sales-led relationship with dedicated managers on Premium.
On the review features themselves the two are close. Both collect photo and video reviews, both send automated requests, both syndicate to Google Shopping, and both sell AI summaries on mid tiers. The differences that matter in practice are the billing model at your volume, which tier unlocks Klaviyo, and whether you want to buy Pro by talking to sales. On Yotpo, the Pro card says Contact us even though its prices are published; on Okendo, every tier up to Power is a self-serve plan on the Shopify App Store with a 14 day trial.
Switching from Yotpo to Okendo, or the other way
Both apps accept review imports, so a switch does not have to cost you your history. Before you move, check three things. First, export your reviews from the current app as a CSV, since uninstalling a review app also removes its widgets and star ratings from your product pages. Second, count the orders in your busiest month, not your average, because both apps size the plan on monthly orders and a holiday peak is what usually pushes a store into the next band. Third, list the integrations your flows depend on and confirm the tier that includes each one, since that is where the real price hides.
The reviews you collect are also raw research. Many brands analyze review text alongside support tickets and survey answers to see which complaint is costing them repeat orders, which is a different job from showing stars on a product page.
What both review apps leave out
Okendo and Yotpo both ask a buyer to rate the product they just received. That is the right proof under an Add to cart button. It leaves a gap on the homepage, the about page and the wholesale page, where a first-time visitor is deciding whether to trust the brand at all. A retail partner, a wholesale account or a customer who has reordered for three years never gets a review request, because no new order triggers one.
That is the job a testimonial tool does. You send one link to anyone, they record a short video or write a few lines in the browser with no login, consent to publish is stored with the submission, and the result goes on a Wall of Love you embed with one line of code. Our plans are priced by walls, brands and seats, never by orders: Starter is $49 a month or $288 a year for one wall, and Growth is $89 a month with unlimited walls. It sits next to either review app rather than replacing it. The Shopify testimonials page shows where those stories go on a store, and our Loox vs Okendo pricing comparison runs the same order volumes against Loox if it is also on your list.
