Senja costs $29 a month on Starter and $59 a month on Pro, and both include unlimited testimonials. The free plan collects up to 15 video and text testimonials. What moves the bill is not volume, it is structure: Starter is capped at 1 project and 2 seats, Pro includes 5 projects and 5 seats, and past that each extra project is $10 a month and each extra seat is $5 a month. Yearly billing is sold as two months free.
So the real pricing question on Senja is how many brands or clients you will organize and how many people need a login. A single brand with two marketers pays $29. An agency with 25 clients and 8 people pays several times that. Every figure below was read from the Senja pricing page and the Senja help center on September 10, 2026.
How much does Senja cost?
| Plan | Price | Testimonials | Forms | Projects | Seats | Add more |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0, described as free forever | 15 video and text | Collection form included | 1 | Not listed | No |
| Starter | $29 a month | Unlimited | 3 | 1 | 2 | Projects cannot be added |
| Pro | $59 a month | Unlimited | Unlimited | 5 | 5 | $10 a month per project, $5 a month per seat |
Both paid plans are marked cancel anytime. The pricing page also has a yearly toggle labeled two months free, which puts a year of Starter at the price of ten months, about $290, and a year of Pro at about $590. The page does not say whether extra projects and seats get the same yearly treatment, so the cost examples further down use monthly figures, which is the safe way to budget.
There is no minute meter and no view meter on any plan. Video testimonials are included from the free tier up, and paid plans add HD video exports. That is a real difference from tools that bill on processing time, and it is worth holding onto while you compare.
Is Senja free?
Yes. Senja has a free plan it describes as free forever, and it is the most generous free tier in this category. It collects up to 15 video and text testimonials and includes the collection form, invites with follow-ups, importing from 18 social and review platforms, testimonial analysis, case study generation, thank-you gifts, exports with SD video, unlimited widgets from more than 20 templates, unlimited Walls of Love, reels and widget analytics.
What the free plan keeps is Senja branding. Replacing it with your own is a Starter feature, powered by what Senja calls Brand Kit, along with custom domains for forms and walls, HD exports, autosync from other sources, Zapier, and the API and webhooks. If you are testing whether customers will record at all, the free plan answers that question properly. If the wall is going on a live pricing page under your brand, you are on Starter.
What does Senja Starter include?
Starter at $29 a month gives you unlimited testimonials, 3 forms, 1 project and 2 seats, plus everything in the free plan and the branding, domain and integration features above. It also unlocks Spin the Wheel, a reward mechanic Senja says collects twice as many testimonials, Word of Mouth prompts that encourage customers to share what they wrote, and the pro widget templates.
The limit that matters is the single project. The Senja help center describes a project as the container for your testimonials, forms, widgets, team members and Walls of Love, and it states that Free and Starter plans have 1 project and cannot add more. A second brand, a second product line or a second client does not cost $10 on Starter. It costs the jump to Pro, which is $30 a month more for one extra project.
Two other features sit on Pro only and are easy to miss when you compare the plan cards quickly: rich snippets, which add star ratings to search results, and automatic translation of testimonials into 20 languages.
Senja Pro pricing: where projects and seats add up
Pro at $59 a month includes unlimited forms, 5 projects and 5 seats, team access, rich snippets and translation. Beyond the included allowance, projects are $10 a month each and seats are $5 a month each. These are the setups we see most often, priced on the monthly figures.
| Setup | Plan and add-ons | Senja per month |
|---|---|---|
| One brand, 2 people | Starter | $29 |
| Two product lines, 3 people | Pro | $59 |
| Agency with 10 clients, 5 people | Pro plus 5 projects | $109 |
| Company with 3 brands, 15 marketers | Pro plus 10 seats | $109 |
| Agency with 25 clients, 8 people | Pro plus 20 projects and 3 seats | $274 |
The $109 agency row is not our arithmetic. It is the example Senja uses in its own help center: ten clients on Senja cost $59 for Pro and $50 for five extra projects.
Read the table for its shape rather than its totals. The project meter is the steep one, because an agency adds clients faster than it adds staff. The seat meter is gentle at $5, but it still rewards some discipline about who actually needs to log in. Plenty of agencies hand out logins so that client requests reach the right account manager, and it is usually cheaper to route incoming client requests to the right teammate from one shared queue than to buy a seat for everyone who might need to see a testimonial once.
Does Senja have an agency plan?
No, not as a separate plan. The Senja help center tells agencies to sign up for Pro, which includes 5 projects, create one project per client, and pay for extra projects when they need them. Agencies bill their own clients directly, outside Senja, and can charge what they think is fair for access and for testimonial management.
The same article answers the question agencies ask next. In its words, "it is not currently possible to white-label Senja," and it adds that the team considers it unlikely to add that in 2026. Paid plans let you replace Senja branding with your own on forms and walls, which covers a lot of client work. It is not the same as white label, and if a client contract requires it, that settles the vendor question before price does. Our white label testimonial software page prices the same client count across four tools that do offer it.
Senja vs Testimonials pricing
We make a competing product, so here is the comparison with the parts where Senja wins left in. Our prices are the ones on our pricing page. We have no free plan.
| Setup | Senja | Testimonials |
|---|---|---|
| Trying it before paying | Free plan, 15 testimonials | No free plan |
| One brand, 2 people, unlimited video | Starter, $29 a month | Growth, $39 a month or $32 billed yearly |
| Agency with 10 clients, 5 people | $109 a month | Studio, $79 a month or $65 billed yearly |
| Agency with 25 clients, 8 people | $274 a month | Studio, $79 a month or $65 billed yearly |
| White-label embeds | Not available | Included on Studio |
For one brand with a small team, Senja is cheaper and very good, and we would not tell you otherwise. The lines cross at the second brand, because that is where Senja starts pricing structure and our Studio plan stops: unlimited brands, unlimited seats and white-label embeds on one price. If that is your situation, the full comparison is on our Senja alternative page. If you are still choosing between the two best-known tools in the category, Testimonial.to vs Senja compares their pricing models directly.
Does Senja limit video testimonials?
No. Senja lists no minute cap and no per-video charge on any plan, and video is included on the free tier. The only video difference between plans is export quality: SD on free, HD on Starter and Pro. That puts Senja well ahead of video tools that bill on processing time, where your own recordings and replies draw down the same allowance as customer answers. If you are weighing Senja against one of those, our breakdown of VideoAsk pricing shows how quickly a minute meter moves a testimonial program up a tier.
Is Senja worth it?
For a single brand, yes. The free plan is enough to find out whether your customers will actually record, Starter is fairly priced for what it does, and nothing on Senja gets more expensive because your program works. That last point is rarer in this category than it should be.
Before you buy, count three things. How many separate brands, product lines or clients you will organize in the next year, because each one past the first is either Pro or $10 a month. How many people need their own login, at $5 a month each past five on Pro. And whether any client needs white label, which Senja has said it does not plan to offer in 2026. If all three numbers are small, Senja is a good choice. If the first one is growing, price a flat plan against it before you commit to a year.
And if you do not have much proof yet, the pricing decision can wait a week. Start with automated testimonial collection, see what twenty real customers say when you ask them properly, and then pick the tool that displays it for the least money.
